Sub-Zero Rolled Ice Cream & Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Morristown

We were there and my pregnant daughter wanted ice cream. Well we saw this place. The girl working had her hair pulled back but two long strands hanging from her front like bangs. Well after noticing she never washed her hands once and was knuckles deep in the jar of peanut butter for a teaspoon of peanut butter with no gloves on. Well after she placed peanut butter on the cold plate, then put gloves on, But while making our ice cream her two strands were hanging over our ice cream the whole time. Well when she curled it and we sat down to eat and my daughter took a bite and a long blonde hair was pulled from her rolled bite out of her mouth. At that point what was in my mouth was spit back in cup, and I took it back up to her for refund, she then took our ice cream and put it in a freezer in the back room. Hope not to eat later. Yuck! Edit: Got a strawberry boba and a ThaiB boba. Both were lukewarm and didn't taste that great. Cup sizes shrank since the last time I went and it definitely wasn't worth the price. Two people came in as we were sitting down and the two employees working up front couldn't answer basic questions about flavors and things like that. Most of the tables were dirty and sticky looking. The friend i went with had never tried Boba tea before and didn't seem impressed.

For starters, the plate that they made the rolled ice cream on did not seem clean whatsoever. When they made my ice cream there was leftover ice cream that got into mine. Then, they got the order wrong and talked about it to each other, yet said nothing to us or apologized. Then on the other rolled ice cream we ordered, the ice cream was gooey and sticky.
