My guy Lee was just awesome, God bless that man. Helped me get some custom dog tags made for me and my pops honoring his 2nd born, my only brother Solomon whom we lost in 2023. He made the process so clear and easy getting him the picture and text I wanted on the tags. Quick turnaround (less than an hour for both tags), $25 bucks a piece, great customer service and an awesome selection of AUTHENTIC Grateful Dead merch among tons of other stuff I just didn’t have time to browse through! You just can’t beat the vibe! 10/10 dude, 10/10 shop, 10/10 service! Not to mention I needed one of the tags shipped to my pops and not only did Lee ship em but I gave him the wrong zip by mistake and he was somehow able to fix it wayyyy after I left and he had already shipped it. I want to share my experience at Grasshopper in Myrtle Beach, SC – it's absolutely the best shop! The staff there are so sweet, thoughtful, and caring. When I saw the Custom Dog Tag sign upfront, I was immediately intrigued. Charles created the most special tag for my dog, and he also let me know that they can engrave any image on a tag and ship it nationwide. I even got custom shirts made for my plus-sized friends because the designs in other shops didn't impress me as much. The level of service and attention to detail at Grasshopper was truly exceptional. This place is amazing! We didn’t expect it to be so cold out and needed some hoodies last minute for myself and our toddler. The store next door wasn’t helpful so we found ourselves walking into Grasshopper, and I’m so glad we did. Immediately we were helped by staff who went above and beyond for us (literally). My son who is three was in a mood from needing a nap, and the gentleman there did everything to cheer him up and made us feel less overwhelmed.
