Outlets Nags Head — Attraction in Nags Head

Update, the Outlets Nags Head aren't quite as good as when it was under Tanger Outlets, it's harder to get discounts and hours change from store to store, it also seems harder to order from these shops online.. its a nice place to enjoy the view, grab a wrap, but understand you'll pay for it.. * love certain shops here at this Tanger Outlet, is everything a bargain? no.. but the places,I love the most, such as , Carter's, Gap, and more ,can't be beat, and the employees are awesome, go above and beyond and there's always a sell going on at most shops ,Do you want more for your money? Then go here, whether for your child ,friends, or, in my case my grandchildren, it's a steal and a shout out to Carrie?or Robin? ' I may not remenber her name shes the manager ) but a kinder more helpful woman you wont meet, I believe she's doing and setting the example for her employees there. . Thank you from the grandma who is ill, & you always help and remember myself and your customers. Keep up the great work. • I would like to add on to my review, for yesterday 8/3/18 I had an experience with the manager of customer service, Mrs.Moore, and I apologize if I made mistake of her name.. but my point is, she was awesome ' so helpful and quick to assist me.. I appreciate as a ' local ' that not only is "Great Customer Service'' here for our vacationers but for the year long local as well.. and Great, is how I would describe my experience, helpful , considerate, kind and just totally went out of her way to accommodate me. Thank you, and heres just another reason to continue shopping at the 'Outer Banks...

My sisters and I have been coming down for the last 6 years as a sisters weekend. For the past 4 years we have been celebrating the breast cancer celebration you guys have. Since I was diagnosed 4 years ago with breast cancer we come down for a good time. It seems less and less stores are now participating in this event. It really is a shame that ALL of the stores don't participate in this event. EVERYONE knows someone that has gone or is going thru this. When we go to the outlets we all wear shirts that have the ribbon on the shirt somewhere. We all match. When we were just there we went into the customer service office and the girl behind the counter was thrilled to see we were all decked out in Pink. She rewarded us all with a $25 gift card. We were so shocked and thrilled. She also took our picture and posted it on the Tanger Outlet website. My granddaughter made us all survivor bracelets and there is also a picture of our hands showing them off. You will have to check out their Facebook site and see them. I wish all the stores would take in consideration doing this event. Thanks again...

It's always a pleasure to visit the OBX Tanger Outlet stores. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Even when the outlet is very busy (during holidays, summer hours, etc.), store staff are welcoming and willing to assist. The outlet is one of the cleanest outdoor malls I've visited, and parking is well organized. Restrooms are CLEAN and get immediate attention as needed. There are just a few options for grabbing casual meals/snacks at the outlet, but the outlet is in very close proximity to numerous OBX restaurants of many price ranges. Overall, the OBX Tanger Outlet gets 4 stars -- it would get 5 stars if it included just a few more (professional attire-focused) stores -- Chico's, Fossil, Naturalizer, Aerosole, Jos.A.Banks --...
