If I could I would give them zero stars!!! BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS!! DO NOT GO TO AUDIO HOUSE!!! I wanted to have a remote start, that I was given for Christmas installed in my car. I spoke with Jag twice before I even brought the car in to make sure they were able to install the model of remote start I was given. He assured me that it would be no problem and cost $100-$300 depending on the time it took. I had my car there at 9:00 am as scheduled and was told it would take about 3 hours. 5 hours later I called to check in and was told that they just realized that the model of remote start I brought in would not work because it wasn't wireless and they needed to order a part to make it work and it could not be finished they same day. THEY HAD INSTALLED THE WHOLE THING BEFORE THEY FIGURED OUT THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE CORRECT TOOL??? I had taken a day off of work to have this done and now it can't be finished??!!! Jag told me he was sorry and he could install one of the ones he sells and could have it finished between 5 and 6pm. I was already into him for the labor of installing the one that they couldn't make work so I told him to go ahead. He said he was giving me a break on the price because of the mix up, I don't believe that for one second. And, I specifically asked Jag if the remote start I had brought in was in the same condition so I could return it and he said yes it was. I called at 6pm to check on the car again since I hadn't been called and they said they were just finishing up and I could come get my car. My bill was $445.00 and they just handed me a couple of remotes, they did not explain how they worked until I asked them. I had to ask for the remote start I had brought in. I left and opened the box when I got home and there is no way I can return it!! Wires have been cut and it was a total mess. So in reality I spent $445.00 for him to sell me and install a product of theirs, $240.00 for the day off work and another $250.00 for the remote start that cannot be returned. $935.00 to learn a valuable lesson....DO NOT GO TO AUDIO HOUSE!!! Believe the bad reviews!! I hope I am not correct but I doubt that they would have pulled this with a man. I am so disappointed in the way they operate. I always try to use a local company first but in this case find...
Read moreI had an appointment for 10am to have a interconnect installed in my car. I showed up early gave them my keys went and had breakfast and did some shopping. I returned at 2:30, my car was sitting where I left it. They said there were computer issues but how about a phone call for an update? The car was there for 4.5 hours. They finally started working on my car. As I was standing there I noticed the guy that was apparently the supervisor or whatever was avoiding phone calls from customers he was telling his co workers to tell people he isn't there when he was being asked for over the phone. Red flag. As my car was being finished up the lady was calling out information out to him about my vehicle because I needed proof of installation for the DMV. She called out the VIN# and I interrupted is that the correct number? She said yes. When all was said and done I was getting a walk through on how to operate the interconnect. I glanced at my VIN # I told the person that filled out the paperwork that the VIN # given was wrong, had to do the paperwork all over. Good thing I checked. It was 5:30 Friday evening when I got out of there for a 10 AM appointment. Now I have to wait until Monday morning to go to DMV which means having to call off work to do so. I go to DMV Monday morning and I am told that my paperwork is invalid because Audio House didn't stamp the papers. Now I have to drive back to Napa which is about 30 minutes away. Of course the guy doesn't come out to see me because he hides from customers. But I got the stamp. When it was time for recalibration I called almost 2 weeks in advance to set up the appointment date/time. I just got off the plane returning home early that morning from a trip, drove to Napa and they tell me our machine is down that recalibrates your specific type of interconnect, it's been down for a few days. Once again no phone call to cancel or reschedule, waste of time. From there I had the recalibrations done elsewhere as well as the removal when I was done. Audio House is SO UNPROFESSIONAL it's not even funny. I recommend that people go elsewhere, I would give 0 stars if that were an option. F rating for...
Read moreI have used Jag for years, about 7 years ago his service was excellent . No issues but as the customer grew he did not put a cap on service and the personalized service went from 10 to 1. I spent what I thought was a good amount of money on a Range Rover and 328i full system 22 with my next car x3 to be a complete nightmare. To parent day x3 has gone back about 5 times with a few trips where I paid for rental and nothing was done to resolve the issue. I explained have the mechanic/ sound specialists call me and no call. O have texted jag no return call. Being in nursing school and working full time and dealing with this has made me have to patience with the endless excuses of poor customer service. Jag then fixed the car himself or supervisor Ed as he should have the 2nd time, they took parts out I had paid for and not refunded me and not last week same issue 22 box in trunk clicking and not turning off and car battery went out when I got into my car yesterday the time was off and the car rebooted because the connection is on a power source messing up my car electrical
Don’t take your car here terrible service at the end of the day all the customers they they can’t manage and give top notch service to won’t come back so at the end your getting new money but not long term loyal customers
