GREAT PLACE TO STAY IF YOU LIKE ENTRY CODES THATS DONT WORK, DIRTY FLOORS AND WINDOWS, ROOMS THAT AC WILL NOT WORK IN AND SHOWER DRAINS SPITTING OUT DIRT AND NIT DRAINING PROPERLY.

VACASA DOESNT CARE ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE

We had a terrible stay all together, we've stayed in this complex previously and had a great experience and this was just extremely less than enjoyable.

From the beginning, the entry door to get into the building doesn't work properly. We had so much trouble trying ti get in and we know we aren't the only ones because we saw other groups struggling to enter the building.

Once entering our unit, the floors were dirty, there were cobwebs in the windows, there was tape left on the walls from previous occupants of the units, there were handprints on the dirty windows like someone was trying to get in from the outside (which made us extremely uncomfortable and suspicious), also the bathtub has a brown film on it.Then the pool are pool area were dirty and wasn't maintained appropriately. All of this wouldn't be as disheartening if we were paying a $300 cleaning fee. Expecting a clean unit upon arrival is not a ridiculous request it should be a standard.

When taking a shower dirt or rust (a brown substance) would come out of the drain and you would be ankle deep in dirty water which is absolutely disgusting and clearly should be happening.

We also tried to keep the unit cool, but the vents in the bedrooms must've been closed or just not working because the rooms were so unbearably hot that we were nauseous sleeping in them at night. We would turn on air and it would like automatically turn back up.

The quiet hours were enforced - the guests specifically above us were so noisy in the middle of the night coming in and when we could actually fall asleep in the dreadful heat of the rooms their stomping and music would wake us up and it was just so much.

Then our final night out there was a leak so we had to return to our room at 8:45 which just ruined our night and the maintenance man came into our room and was unable to communicate with us about anything going on and it just made us so uncomfortable. There should've been a rep there to communicate the problem with us and mend the situation. That completely ruined our night and they offered us up to $100 for a dinner which literally wouldn't buy a full dinner for 4 people so that was just a slap in the face.

Today I called customer service rep and although kind they were only willing to offer us $145 of compensation which literally isn't even a nights stay. Also paying $300 for a cleaning fee for a dirty unit is just so ridiculous and we're so...

Whoever built this place should be held liable for unfit construction. There is no insulation or padding between floors, walls are ultra thin, elevator shakes and had way to much play in the lines. The pool was filthy.

Not sure there is any good qualities about the construction of this place. Do not stay here run run run.

The 1865 in Nashville, TN was the perfect condo! It’s an old tobacco warehouse and it has lots of amenities! 5 of us rented it for 4 days and we were very comfortable! The condo sleeps 7, has 2 very updated bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and 4 beds. In the living room there is table shuffle board which we loved playing!
