Your customer service is HORRID! Hours say you close at 11, I placed a mobile order at 10:20, but the store closed early for some reason. Fine whatever, just communicate that to me, but you didn’t. Instead I sat in my car for 10 minutes waiting on an order that was not going to be brought out and not one employee could be bothered to take 30 seconds to tell me they were closed. I called in to check on the order, thinking it was still being made. An employee told me you were closed and HUNG UP. No mention about how to get a refund. I called again, the night manager said he issued a refund but it will take 5-7 business days to go through. (Okay but how am I supposed to know that.) The manager made me walk up to the door to get the receipt for my refund then threw it at me, yelled at me and threatened to call the police on me because I was at the door?!?! Um…what?!?! It is not okay to treat people like this. There were no apologies for the inconvenience or lack of communication. They acted like it was my fault to have the audacity to be a customer here. The entire situation was so absurd, I just don’t understand how anyone can treat another person like that. I used to work at Sonic, I know it can be stressful, but if I had treated a customer like that I’d have been fired. It was such an extreme reaction to someone asking for a refund for an item they would not be receiving. I would love to have the contact info for the general manager to let him/her know what is happening at their store at night. Read moreAbout a week and a half ago. I went to this location around dinner time and pulled up to the stall to make my order. After a long wait (which I understood because they were busy) they bring my food and the order is incorrect (something I'm also not bothered by because mistakes happen). I spoke to one of their employees and they said that they would bring by the correct order. After another 20 minutes I still have not received my order and I call the carhop again. This time, it's another person and they refuse to help me because the stall I'm in has been "closed". I try to explain to her my situation, but she had already hung up on me! The wrong food I had received was already cold but I had to go back to work so I went back and ate it anyway. I call their customer service and the rep pretty laughs at me and tells me I should have waited to get a refund, like I should wait 1+ hours for "fast" food. A few days later however, I receive a text from what I suppose is one of their employees saying that I should come back and I would get a free combo. Today, I show up, and their employee says that no manager there has that phone number and that she can't give me any sort of refund whatsoever. What was the point of me calling customer service, or allegedly having one of their employees text me? To run me around in circles and waste more of my time and patience? I've been to countries where people get paid alot less and the restaurant might as well be a hole in the wall and have gotten better service than this. Read moreThis has to be the absolute worst sonic location I have ever been to! I don’t even go there to order food. I just go to order a drink every once in a while. Almost every single time I’ve ordered just one drink, I order it through the app and mark it as ASAP so it’s ready once I get there. If I did that, why have I had to wait almost 30 minutes each time for my drink? Not only that, but because I wait so long, I just usually have to end up leaving because they just never bring it out and I lose out on my drink and money. I gave them another chance today, ordered my drink, got to the location and parked in the mobile pick up spot. I checked in at 4:36 PM and it said they would be out with my drink shortly. I waited over 20 minutes figured, okay, let me go to the drive-through and ask them about my drink. As soon as I get to the screen where you order, I let them know that I had placed a Mobile pick up order for just a drink and the worker said “oh ma’am, they just brought your drink out to you now” I said did they really because I’ve been sitting there for over 20 minutes and they just happened to bring it as soon as I drove away? She asked me my name I told her my name. I don’t know if she didn't hear me the first time, but the attitude that she gave me when she asked for my name again was terrible.
