They literally are refusing all orders that are not drive thru with NO SIGN, won't pick up the phone, and won't answer the call button on the menu sign. The ice cream machine is "down" here more than any location I've ever heard of or seen because they are too lazy to make ice cream items(machine isn't actually broken) and this is literally the worst sonic I've ever been to in the entire United States, and I've been to a lot of Sonics. I hate that it is the closest one to my house. They even ignored our mobile order. After 20 minutes after we checked in to get our order we go through the drive thru line that is backed up to the street and have to wait another 20 minutes to get someone to respond to the drive thru box. They literally waited until after 8pm to respond so they could day they are taking online, doordash, and Uber eats orders ONLY. I told them I checked into stall #13 40 minutes ago and they said to just pull around, seemingly upset that I didn't just drive off. When I got to the front of the line at the window, there were 3 people standing around doing nothing while one person was doing all of the work. Two were talking to each other by the food prep area, one was working under them, and a lady was leaning against another counter with her butt and texting. The two simple limeades we ordered came out in less than a minute when the person operating the drive thru window saw our receipt from our online order from over 40 minutes prior and yelled at his co-workers to make it. This place is horrendous. The entire management staff needs to be replaced.

I wanted to take the time to write this review for Brittany(spelling?) and her team. I can tell that she truly cares about her customers and being not only a hard worker, but a good worker. As someone with several years of management and staffing experience, this location would transform under the leadership of someone like Brittany. I truly believe that if Sonic invests in Brittany and the rest of this crew, this location would flourish and transform into a top-performer! I hope this review is added to Brittany’s performance record and urge anyone in a position of leadership to take her under their wing. Give that girl a higher-paying salary and some vacation time!! That would be the least she is owed for being such an awesome person and worker. I will definitely be back to this location because of Brittany and would love to discuss my experience further if anyone from corporate or management would like to reach out. She is an invaluable asset to the Sonic enterprise! Talents and skills like hers is what keeps the regulars coming back.

So I came in today January 15th 2019 and I was told he would only replace the sandwiches so I would have to pay the remaining balance for the meal in turn charging me regular price for the items instead of being a combo price........? I paid it then I thought about it...? So you're telling me I have to pay $7.54 after I spit $12 yesterday on to combos that were not correct. So of course being the person I am I asked for my money back And was still only granted a partial refund of $14.74. Won't ever go there again you lost a regular customer! Sorry so long but hope this helps you in your decision on going to this Ghetto a** sonic on Charlotte Avenue!🤭🤢🤬🤦🏽‍♀️ PS Mr. Garcia Instead of trying to save a buck you should be trying to keep your customer base🖕🏽

Your customer service is HORRID! Hours say you close at 11, I placed a mobile order at 10:20, but the store closed early for some reason. Fine whatever, just communicate that to me, but you didn’t. Instead I sat in my car for 10 minutes waiting on an order that was not going to be brought out and not one employee could be bothered to take 30 seconds to tell me they were closed. I called in to check on the order, thinking it was still being made. An employee told me you were closed and HUNG UP. No mention about how to get a refund. I called again, the night manager said he issued a refund but it will take 5-7 business days to go through. (Okay but how am I supposed to know that.) The manager made me walk up to the door to get the receipt for my refund then threw it at me, yelled at me and threatened to call the police on me because I was at the door?!?! Um…what?!?! It is not okay to treat people like this. There were no apologies for the inconvenience or lack of communication. They acted like it was my fault to have the audacity to be a customer here. The entire situation was so absurd, I just don’t understand how anyone can treat another person like that. I used to work at Sonic, I know it can be stressful, but if I had treated a customer like that I’d have been fired. It was such an extreme reaction to someone asking for a refund for an item they would not be receiving. I would love to have the contact info for the general manager to let him/her know what is happening at their store at night. I was looking forward to relaxing at home with my milkshake and this whole ordeal was just very upsetting. I will not be coming back here except maybe to...

About a week and a half ago. I went to this location around dinner time and pulled up to the stall to make my order. After a long wait (which I understood because they were busy) they bring my food and the order is incorrect (something I'm also not bothered by because mistakes happen). I spoke to one of their employees and they said that they would bring by the correct order. After another 20 minutes I still have not received my order and I call the carhop again. This time, it's another person and they refuse to help me because the stall I'm in has been "closed". I try to explain to her my situation, but she had already hung up on me! The wrong food I had received was already cold but I had to go back to work so I went back and ate it anyway. I call their customer service and the rep pretty laughs at me and tells me I should have waited to get a refund, like I should wait 1+ hours for "fast" food. A few days later however, I receive a text from what I suppose is one of their employees saying that I should come back and I would get a free combo. Today, I show up, and their employee says that no manager there has that phone number and that she can't give me any sort of refund whatsoever. What was the point of me calling customer service, or allegedly having one of their employees text me? To run me around in circles and waste more of my time and patience? I've been to countries where people get paid alot less and the restaurant might as well be a hole in the wall and have gotten better service than this. This has to be the absolute worst sonic location I have ever been to! I don’t even go there to order food. I just go to order a drink every once in a while. Almost every single time I’ve ordered just one drink, I order it through the app and mark it as ASAP so it’s ready once I get there. If I did that, why have I had to wait almost 30 minutes each time for my drink? Not only that, but because I wait so long, I just usually have to end up leaving because they just never bring it out and I lose out on my drink and money. I gave them another chance today, ordered my drink, got to the location and parked in the mobile pick up spot. I checked in at 4:36 PM and it said they would be out with my drink shortly. I waited over 20 minutes figured, okay, let me go to the drive-through and ask them about my drink. As soon as I get to the screen where you order, I let them know that I had placed a Mobile pick up order for just a drink and the worker said “oh ma’am, they just brought your drink out to you now” I said did they really because I’ve been sitting there for over 20 minutes and they just happened to bring it as soon as I drove away? She asked me my name I told her my name. I don’t know if she didn't hear me the first time, but the attitude that she gave me when she asked for my name again was terrible. I repeated it a few times and when she asked again, I said never mind and drove, because she was so incredibly rude. I will never be going back to this Sonic location ever again.
