Asked them to make a basket for my wife to surprise her at a convention while she was in Nashville. The basket was exceptional, and they went above and beyond to make sure it was delivered to my wife. I really appreciate the extra effort and attention I was given. The basket was temporarily lost by the hotel after it was delivered but they phoned the hotel/tracked it down for me and made sure my wife got her surprise. I’d give 100 stars if I could....
