Wanted to try something new. First time visiting a Starbucks EVER. No reason to EVER return 😂 Waited WELL over 45 minutes for a small white chocolate mocha something. Barista guy literally told me "oh sorry i forgot about you" like 3 times, all the while serving multitudes of other customers who walked in. I knew he hadn't forgotten because I caught him staring at me from the corner of his eye a few times. First ten minutes I thought, Okay it's Starbucks. Fancy coffee. It could take a while. By 30 minutes i was on the second "i forgot" then I assumed "hey well maybe he's racist it's only 2018" then I realized not even they are that petty. Then I bought an Organic apple juice and asked how much longer and I think this was the final "i forgot" Lmao you should have seen the looks on the other customers faces though. Around the 50 minute mark I realized I was EXTREMELY bored. I wanted to see how far he would take this but I guess he realized I'm patient beyond my age and have ALOT of time to waste and he just brought me my small 50 minutes to make coffee which I poured out the window onto 65 N because by then my imagination convinced me he was a covert part of MK Ultra and I was a targeted subject. Then it didn't even look fancy. Just warm milk in a heavy cup. Like the stuff I feed my kittens. Whatever tho....

I have had to travel to this area for the last couple of weeks and found it to be a convenient location to grab some caffeine and a quick lunch; seriously looking for a new place after today. Have been used to asking for the rest of my order, but today took the cake. They were out of the yogurt and panini I ordered, but I waited 20 minutes while most of the staff just idly chatted at the other end and the one employee making drinks just kept her head down and did her job. Finally I just got in line for them to tell me the empty bag means they are out. And how are customers to know your secret store code? Had to ask for a refund. And I am still wondering what they do with the stickers that auto print for other items they miss in mobile orders... If you do go here for any item that includes syrup flavoring, stir it. Half the time they do nothing to mix it in when making the drink and it's all...
Read moreUsually I go in I ask for a Matcha Green Tea liquid cane sugar and almond milk and they make it latte. I tell you, when you are gluten intolerant it's best to make your own stuff at home and people wonder why we have to be so cautious...needless to say you know it's not a gluten free facility going in but dont put caramel in my drink. One caramel is one known culprit for gluten and since Starbucks does not say gluten free well you just dont know. The manager made me a new drink and refunded me but the corporate office when you call them the lady that answered sounded like she needed a Starbucks herself and didn't have a clue about their products but to direct me to the website. They don't even have a team for things like this like most other well known franchises. I will just stick with my $ Carrington matcha green tea powder from Walmart with their less than $2 Almond milk carton w/honey and make multiple drinks for the price of one thank you very...
