always have a good experience here. floor staff are very kind & attentive to customer’s needs. however i do have a suggestion. employers should know store promotions and sales going on, as they do work there… i was getting rung up and the cashier didn’t know the promotions going on and i asked if i had to scan something on the app or was the discount applied automatically as i was being charged full price. (almost $400) she didn’t know what i was talking about. i said how 2 other employees also let me know about the promotion and she called on the walkie very rudley asking who told me that. they did their job correctly. it was HER who wasn’t. i already was a member on the app and knew about the promotion, i was just going in person to get my items sooner. as an employee you should know what’s going on in your store. All i could think about was how many other people she checked out full price when there was a promotion. Happened to me another time where another employee in a wheelchair told me there wasn’t a promotion going on and was rude. Meanwhile, there were signs around the store saying otherwise. I then asked another employee to confirm and she said there was. like what ??? get on the same page. Please know your promotions as it makes employees looks lazy, & sloppy. Read moreI’m giving this place a bad review! I went this past Saturday and let me tell you They do not stand by bath and body works policy on exchange or returns with or without a receipt. There is a women who is the manager she was Indian I believe. She Did not want to give me a refund or gift card or at least an exchange for my perfume I bought at all and the perfume was defective! I brought it home to find out the top did not work or spray anything. I explained this to the women in which the product she said had a new label on it and it’s price at a higher price now than for what I got it for…. So she didn’t want to do anything. I wanted was at least to change it for the same thing and she refused to do anything about the situation all she said was for me to pay the difference which is unbelievable if I’m just exchanging it for the same item regardless of the label change. She also had attitude like if it was my fault she did not want to be at work today…..that is unprofessional and I’m extremely upset because I read bath and body works policies and apparently she did not go by any of it. Read moreYesterday I came to return/exchange a travel spray that was lightly used. I was denied but that isn’t what upset me, the male helping us actually looked at the spray to try and determine how much was used but when he couldn’t he called a manager. There was nothing wrong with him but the manager comes out of her office and instead of taking the time to actually look at how little was used, all she did was shake the bottle and said “too much was used, sorry.” Then walked off. I felt very dismissed by her and that she didn’t even try or was too lazy to take the label off the actual bottle and realize it was in fact still close to the top with product. I asked my partner to take the label off so I could show her that just shaking a product isn’t actually checking but she was gone before anything.
