I dad the most unpleasant experience at this store. My daughter, my friend and I were excited to visit after discovering it on TikTok, so we decided to stop by around 8:00 PM. However, while we were browsing, the employee on duty followed us around the store as if we were suspected of stealing. At first, I thought maybe I was overthinking it, but when my daughter and I went to the back of the store to check out the clothes, we were still being followed. Feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, we decided to leave immediately. I do not appreciate being treated as though I’m guilty of something when I’m simply trying to shop. My daughter was really looking forward to this visit, but I refuse to spend money at a store that makes customers feel this way. Today at 12:30, I was racially profiled at the Mure And Grand W 27th st location. I have shopped mure and grand for over 8 years. Never will I ever again!!! After picking out my new rings and about to check out with the store associate, the store associate proceeded to ask me if that’s all I wanted and if the rings on my finger was stolen . I already came in with the rings on and she kept saying I was stealing . If I was stealing why bother to try to purchase 80 dollars worth of rings? She clearly said people like you come into the store !!!!! They are RACIST! Please do not shop there if you are a person of color or black . They do not want you doing business...

Horrible experience - Rude sales associate. There is a particular sales associate with short brown hair of Mexican descent that was extremely rude. I was trying on a ring and then she aggressively told me to put it in a tray. When I told her I was still trying it on, she got an attitude. I complained to the manager and was then told by the sales associate that “it was my fault and I got the attitude.” The manager was also unprofessional and didn’t correct the sales associate when she snapped at me. You never tell a customer “it’s their fault……” I love mure grand’s clothes, but go to another location if you want to be treated...
