Cookie's Department Stores — Attraction in New York

Hello all! I went to this store for the very first time and what i can say is the Indie Manager is so Rude. I asked an employee which was a young lady must have been about 17 years old. Why was it the pants i was about to purchase higher Priced then all the others that was all the same color & Style. She said she was not sure but it could be bigger size. I told her that is not okay they should have signage. She replied sorry i told her not her fault & walked away. I seen her manager approach her poor girl. He tells her what was that customer telling you? as she explained he told her next time you get a manager & go go work very Rude to her. So i made it my business to approach them before she walked away & told hiss lil *ss don't speak to her that way he told me mind my biz. I had to go in on him and put him straight. He yelled at me told me shut up. My smart self got so loud in the store everyone started to look at him. I told all them young employee workers Don't let him speak to all of you that way. There are Phone numbers to dial & Report him. His other manager came out Allen & apologized on his behalf & the store also continued to tell me he has been there for many years & is a tough person. I stated to him that ppl like him makes to work environment toxic & makes the business looks Bad! Also that i will never return to this location 3rd Ave...

Have you ever been to the airport? Their security operates and plans just like them. Dressed like undercover officers, not security or employees. At first I didn't mind, but then they were literally in my way. They followed me around the store and watched what I did with my hands at at all times. The security bumped into me as I was holding a pile of clothing in my hand. Uniform, clothes etc. I never seen this happen in the past, it's very discouraging. I feel as if I am being profiled for being young and for choosing to cover my face up in the cold, I removed my coat hat when I walked in. My husband entered the store shortly after me, he stood back to pick me up a coffee. He says he immediately felt uncomfortable when he walked in. It wasn't until I took out my debit card and payed $250, that they layed back. As I was paying, an employee stood right next to me. It's sad, I love the clothing I bought and this store. So it was Easter Sunday so of course I called and the lady told me 6:30 and of course the website indicated the same thing I took a $20 tab arrived at location at 6:11 p.m. would clearly had about another 20-something minutes which was enough just to grab the one thing that I needed as I pulled up I noticed the gate halfway closed I walked up to the door people were walking outside and he's over clothes I said you'll sign says 6:30 I just took a cab here and he said yeah I know but we're close by so let me speak to your manager I think his name is Jim or something with the Jay for him to walk up and say you have more clothes you know sorry.
