I ordered my clothes for my child july 18. I was in ny to bury my mother who i loat to cancer my neight atated my package never came emailed them told me 7 to 10 business days your money will be back on your card. So i called my back told them the time frame so they wouldnt add you insuffient funds to my acct. Emailed them the next week no refund the week after that no refund. Now 8/4/17 still no refund. Okay so someone has some explaining to do and better to it fast. Yall told me 7 to 10 business for my money to be back on my card and i told my bank about it and now i have 6 30.00 insufficient funds bc i was negative 47.00 from this credit that im supposed to pay back now you or corporate or a manager better call me and pay me my refund money and also 180.00 for the insuffient funds that the bank is charging me bc my acct is negative i will never use yall again i cant even get my freaking daughyer no clothes no school supplies bc im in the whole 230 bc of you and not returning my money like you stated you were i will be wroting bad reviews every where and make sure they know to not order from here this is just sad how you do people my daughter is going to be out of luck i am a single parent just lost my mother from cancer and now this. Read moreI won't be shopping at Cookies anymore, been shopping for over 26 years for all 3 of my kids,I went to shop for my grandbaby,I asked someone to show me newborn, she was like in the middle deh,I couldn't find it and she watch me struggle ,I told the Manager and he said it's self service, n when I got help before it was $5.75an hour back then and the had more workers...also clothes was cheaper too...I get it it's self service but if ur doing nothing you can walk with me and show me where to look..perhaps if the service was better more ppl would come...I am a manager at a t mobile store for over 16 yrs n I still get on the floor and help ppl...if a Manager n worker just stand there and offer no help then why are they there...my daughter don't live in NY so I want buy everything for her...i went back in carters and spent my money there and it wasn't no small sale...sorry Cookies u lost m3...Aunty Valie was an amazing help and worker ...sorry to hear she retired she should be in charge she always show u different things to buy...I go for few things and she'll make you buy 3 to 500...
Read moreI am extremely disappointed with the way that I was treated by the store when I attempted to return a dress for my 3-year-old daughter that had a rip in it. Not only was the dress defective, but the store accused me of causing the damage myself.
The dress was only put on once before the rip was noticed, and it was obvious that the damage was due to a manufacturing defect. However, the store employees seemed to think that I was lying and trying to cheat them out of a refund.
As a parent, I take great care when purchasing clothing for my child, and I expect the items to be of high quality and durability. I was shocked and saddened by the way that the store treated me, and my daughter was left without the dress that she was looking forward to wearing.
I will not be shopping at this store again, and I will be sure to share my negative experience with other parents in the hopes that they can avoid the same...
