I rarely write reviews but today I must... I arrived at Gem’s and was greeted by Tom & Mr. Santiago they both had a pleasant demeanor. Tom, assisted me and explained in details the payment options of my loan. He even went as far as suggesting he would call Brooklyn Gem’s store when I am ready to redeem my items and have them shipped to Bayside. I could not be more grateful to Tom & Mr. Santiago for their assistance on this matter and making the process sooo easy. Their customer service was amazing and will continue doing business with Gems- especially the Bayside location. Tom and Mr.Santiago I thank you.

Terrible service, I’ve gone to this place three times and only one time was a worker genuinely kind and helpful, the other two times they were awful, told me he didn’t want to buy my guitar because it would take space yet he has multiple guitars and I saw more added from the last time.
