Madrag — Attraction in New York

I had a very disappointing experience at this store:( While the clothes are cute, the customer service was extremely poor. The employees were unfriendly and carried a noticeable attitude, making the shopping experience uncomfortable.

I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but personal emotions should not interfere with how customers are treated. Even when trying to be polite and stay out of the way, I still felt like I was being treated with irritation.

On top of that, the store often doesn't provide shopping bags, which means you're left carrying your purchased items in your hands. That just adds to the frustration, especially after spending your money there

Honestly, the negative atmosphere made me question whether I’d return, which is a shame because the clothes...

I'm only giving this one star because negative 1 isn't an option, but this place is ratchet. Don't even waste your time or your money on these lil funky, expensive clothes. The customer service sucks. The lil cashier had the worst attitude and then proceeded to put my purchases in a damn garbage bag. And when I asked if that's the only bags they have, he said yea with an attitude. I don't think anyone should have to spend their hard earned money to be treated nasty and have their items then in a garage bag. Y'all need...

I had a really disappointing experience at this store today. I came in looking for a pair of slippers, found one I liked, and went to check out. When I asked for the second slipper, the employee told me, with an attitude, that they couldn’t find it and said, “I don’t know where it is.” What made it worse was that she said to her colleague “Where did she even find it?” — as if I had done something wrong by picking up an item that was on display. Very unprofessional and unhelpful. I left without buying anything....
