It seems this company has managed to filter out their bad reviews from candidates? Pity. I will ensure that my review of this company is posted as many places as possible.

I was referred to this company by 2 previous clients of theirs. Over the past few months, I applied to various opportunities on their job board. I never heard back from anyone. After speaking with those clients again, they informed me that I had not gone through the same process that they went through. Benefit of the doubt, I followed up with the agency on the previous applications and still did not receive a response. It was only until I left a negative review that I was promptly emailed in less than 2 hours. Go figure! One of the representatives sends me a very bias and passive aggressive email stating "she was considering me until I left a bad review and never spoken to anyone"... So you were considering someone you never spoke with (literally the basis of the negative review) while still failing to have any dialogue on the actual issue they presented to you in an email sent days prior? Hmmm, I'm curious what other bias practices they partake in behind closed doors. If you are looking for work I wouldn't waste time with this agency, unless you want to go months without a response then met with hostility when you hold them accountable for their actions. This company, and the woman I worked with, deserve more than five stars!! I am a professional nanny in the Philadelphia area and Lauren Pliner not only recognized the experience I had to offer, but recognized the needs of a family in another state and matched us perfectly! (For context, I wasn’t even looking to relocate until she suggested we would be a good match.) I have never worked with an agency who advocates as equally for the nanny as they do for the families and it has been one of the best experiences I have ever had!
