I typically avoid leaving bad reviews because I understand that various circumstances can affect service quality. However, I hope this feedback will be useful for improvement. I'm not sure if the poor experience was due to being short staffed, but it was far from satisfactory.

Maria and the other ladies were extremely sweet, but unfortunately, that wasn't enough to compensate for the overall experience. The spa did not appear sanitary and the staff seemed so disorganized. The massage was repeatedly interrupted, as Maria or other staff members were called away. One of the masseuses seemed unsure of what she was doing and frequently asked Maria how to use one of the machines on me. The towel I was given appeared dirty and damp, and the ladies kept leaving the room with their gloves on multiple times, returning to continue the massage without changing gloves after touching the door handle and other objects...While the massage itself felt nice, the constant interruptions made it difficult to relax. Having three different people massage me, each interrupted multiple times, was uncomfortable. Additionally, men kept coming in to use the bathroom, which added to the chaos. The ladies would also repeatedly leave the door open when leaving the room and one of them kept apologizing to me while using the machine. At one point all three ladies were at the door of the room I was in - discussing what to do next in such a small space. Despite everyone's kindness and Marias expertise, the place seems unable to function without her. The facility appeared dirty, and I had to step on oily floor while changing.

I rushed home to shower afterward. For $180, this was not the experience I expected. I'm not someone who needs a fancy spa, but the cleanliness and organization are basic expectations. Why on earth are 3 different people massaging me and one needed guidance on how to use a machine on me? I will not be returning. Everyone was very nice, but the disorganization and lack of cleanliness left me feeling anxious and...

The staff is very friendly and kind. The location was pretty convenient and easy to find parking. The massages included red light and ultrasound, which is a plus since most do not. Overall, the massages were pretty good. I gave it 3 stars because there is very little privacy. Not all of the massage tables have curtains all the way round them. In addition, the staff open the curtains constantly with no warning. Once I got a massage in the one room with a door, and they kept leaving the door open. I asked them to close it and the said its ok, we are all women. Not the point! In addition, they need to improve their system for appointments. They ask you to complete a paper with your personal information, and most times, they leave the paper on the appointment counter for all to see. Which is another privacy concern. They also have you schedule appointments on paper, but then forget to add them to their official online appointment system or forget to cancel them when you make changes. Last the owner rudely accused me of a no call no-show for an appointment when she later admitted that she confused me with a different client. When she realized I was a different person, she disclosed that clients name to me and said she was confused because we look a like. I highly doubt that and find that rather offensive as a person of color. The overall interaction was rude and inappropriate. Incredible! I needed a last min appointment to address bloat and stress in my body. Lymphatic drainage basically massages and clears. Built up air/fat/tightness, so everything can flow properly in your body. Infrared helps inflammation immensely. To say I went in with bad gut issues is an understatement, I was in pain from mainly salt intake, and too little water i believe. So this was uncomfortable. Yes, but when the right hands it’s relaxing, and Christine has been doing this for 9 years, with a certification from Brazil. She’s more than capable of transforming your body to a relaxed, de plates and toxin released state. I felt incredible during and after. The true test is how sore you are the next day, and I already feel it hours after. I am beyond grateful she could accomodate me the day of, and even had a water and coffee waiting for me. The spa is meticulously clean and beautiful inside. She played relaxing music and we conversed amid the coco oil and wooden roller and infrared light.
