PLEASE READ THIS IF YOU PLAN ON COMING HERE !!! I planned on coming here with two friends and my mother , at the start everything was great sure yes. The DISGUSTING thing about this pool are the LIFEGUARDS. A ton of these “LIFEGUARDS” are terrible staff. I had such a terrible encounter with some. My friend was swimming and these two LIFEGUARDS made fun of her infront of her. They body shamed her calling her a disgusting name. These lifeguards hold absolutely no respect whatsoever for the people in the pool. Worst part is they have terrible patience and lack great attitude. Don’t clock into work expecting no work, you decided to work as a lifeguard so now you suck up and WORK. These lifeguards were NOT short staffed at all, they all have their table in the front of the stairs. They didn’t open the kiddie pool at all even though very clearly there were a ton of kids. Worst part is that they’re SMOKING. How are you a lifeguard and SMOKING? Especially infront of kids and others. ALSO!!!!! If you come here expect a man to tell you to move to another part of the pool because NOW they give classes. Isn’t that ridiculous? Instructing and giving swimming classes in a pool where everyone is paying to be in? I said out loud that I paid to be here. They could also do a much better job in cleaning the walls of the pool. If you truly think that the lifeguards will not affect your trip here, oh they will. I read the reviews thinking it would be nothing but surely they were right. They need much better staff here , better hiring. I’ve been here before in 2021 and 2019 with no problems and remember they used to be much busier. Now it’s a little bit more emptier than it seems. This could be a great place if it wasn’t for the lifeguards. Do better. One lifeguards names I caught was Chelsea and she was one of the lifeguards laughing at my friend and making fun of her. The lifeguards that bothered my friend will be shown below. The dude is literally smoking in the picture. Worst part is the vape is yellow, same color as their whistles. Coincidence?

My family has been coming to this pool for a few years now. My son comes here several times a week. He swims a lot so it’s good for our family. They offer swim lessons, and the instructor Ian is excellent. This place gets very packed on a hot day, it is the cleanest first thing in the morning, and it is very beautiful. I know that they clean the pool and add more water every single day/ a few times a week because I see it (we come here, several times a week). The staff know my son by name and really support him. They are very concerned with kids who cannot swim so they’re constantly watching little kids to make sure that they are safe, so I highly recommend this pool for families. Definitely bring cash, there’s a guy that sells food. He only takes cash and downstairs the entrance fee is only cash. You can bring your own food, and your own drinks, definitely bring sunscreen, be prepared to pay more money for a table for an umbrella, or a for a specific type of chair. Make sure that you read and get yourself familiar with the rules before you come upstairs to the Pool. There are very specific rules, just like any pool in New York City. It is imperative that before you come or before you go upstairs after you pay that you find out what those rules are. I observe that a lot of people who come here don’t know the rules and then they get spoken to and then they get upset because they got spoken to when they broke the rules that they didn’t know about. The rules are written downstairs, it’s very obvious to me, and I just see a lot of people not paying attention and then getting upset when they get told that they’re breaking the rule. I think that the lifeguards are great. They pay attention. The pool is beautiful and clean. It gets really packed a lot of times, but even on a very hot day It’s nice and breezy Because if it’s location. I think it’s a hidden gem in Queens! Also, they had a kiddie pool for toddlers!! It’s amazing!

These most unkept swimming pool I have ever been too. The manager has a very poor attitude. Make sure you kids know how you swim because most of the employees are vaping or have ear pods in their ears while working. The tables that cost $40 to rent are broken and have sharp edges. They never gave us our lounge chair that comes with every table rental. They never gave us our lounge chair that we paid extra for. They never told us that one lounge chair comes with every table rental. The brush to clean the grill was on the floor on top of dirt.

I‘m a Forest Hills resident who became a member at Park City Swim Club this summer because my husband and I wanted our daughter to have quick access to a private pool all summer long. I will never give this place patronage again after this summer…1.) the deny us repeat access to kiddie pool 2.) a life guard was rude to one of my cabana guests/family member!

I paid $1650 for the whole summer June-Sept with the use of a Cabana, Lounge chairs and a few extra chairs. Our daughter loves the kiddie pool because she is two years old. We have come here three weekends in a row now and have been told the kiddie pool isn’t open and won’t open because they are short staffed. Today was the 2nd time we brought guests to our cabana for a playdate and were denied access to the kiddie pool on an extremely slow day. I asked a life guard three times today to please open the kiddie pool for my daughter and her little fturns. I got the runaround each time. Upon leaving for the day to pick up some ice cream at their little (empty!) shop, I brought it up to Will and Ashley (owners/managers/brother and sister) about the kiddie pool issue. I was immediately met with a nasty attitude from Ashley lying about telling me I could use the kiddie pool and then blaming her staff for not wanting to open it. I reminded her I’m not about to argue with her in front of my child and that I was NOT told that but instead told that the pool needed to be cleaned/wasn’t clean and that they were not putting anyone there. Not only are we members but that day I paid $50 for my guests entry so their child could enjoy the pool with us!

Two weeks prior, we had a play date with my cousin/guest and had access to the kiddie pool but a life guard was rude to her by scolding her about being in our area (saying “what are you doing back here”, “you don’t belong back here”) This kid almost caught my wrath! She was a single mother with a child and our guest! What do you think she is doing back there? Stealing?

I’m going to post this review and spread the word everywhere that this place is garbage! I’ll also be reporting them to the health department. Don’t stand in line, don’t buy a membership and don’t waste your time with these filthy clowns 🤡 Let them sink in their...
