The best $45 I’ve ever spent in my life! While walking around the city my husband saw a sign for foot massages and with all the walking we were in need to some relaxation! I had found this place recommended on TikTok and it was well worth the cost! They didn’t have immediate availability which is understandable being a busy holiday weekend but they had us come back an hour later which was perfect! Upon entering we were able to take seats in their recliners which were super comfy, they provided a foot soak (it was a warm day so I assumer thats why they did cooler water but I’d have preferred warmer but also did not ask to make it warmer). After soaking the technician came over and dried off my feet, put the recliner back and began the best massage ever! While there was a few time the pressure was quite alot I knew it was in the best interest of working the muscles properly! There was a hot stone finish which was super nice, and I think I even fell asleep a few times during the service! I couldn’t believe how after this hour my feet felt completely refreshed like we hadn’t spent all morning and afternoon walking already! I would definitely recommend this if you’re in the city for a few days!

EDIT on 10/9: want to acknowledge that the manager Jason reached out to me personally to apologize and rectify this issue. I will say that the prompt engagement from the team is truly appreciated (and not very common nowadays), and I look forward to trying them again. I updated my rating from 1 to 2 stars, and hopefully will update once I try them again.

Unfortunately very surprised and disappointed. Came for a 90 minute full body massage and left confused and frustrated instead. I wanted to try out this place for a new change of pace from my usual on canal. I will absolutely not be returning and will be going back to my original place of over 7 years.

Everything was actually going quite smoothly until halfway through I felt a pair of cold hands massaging me instead, a pace completely different and opposite from what I was just experiencing 30 seconds ago. I thought my masseuse perhaps went to wipe her hands, and the sudden change of pace (from slow and relaxing to fast and aggressive) I thought was maybe part of the experience. When the masseuse asked me if everything was okay, it sounded like a different person, but I continued to just think I was getting confused.

Then when I flipped over for the last part of the massage (head and feet), I saw a glimpse of my masseuse and confirmed it was a completely different person. And just about maybe ten minutes before my massage was done, I heard a voice of someone who sounded like my original masseuse poking in.

When my massage was done I asked the front desk person why I had two different people massage me. He couldn’t give me an answer, and then my second masseuse came out to the front desk as well. I reassured her that the massage was great (none of this was her fault), but that I was just confused why this happened with no warning.

And then the front desk person calls their boss, who spoke to me on speakerphone. They asked me how the massage went, and I said it was fine but I’m very confused why I had two people massage me without warning. All they said was that my first masseuse had an emergency. I promptly responded that’s fine, but you should inform people when you are switching their masseuse, that’s some feedback I have for you. Didn’t receive any apologies, instead a thank you.

All this to say I had a very uncomfortable experience and the management is poor here. Shout out to the original front desk person who was working when I first arrived though — she was very...

My partner and I booked a 7 PM couples massage at Renew Day Spa 2 for my birthday, but arrived about 15 minutes late. That part was on us. They offered to let us go in separately, but since it was my partner's first massage, we decided to wait and were rebooked for 8 PM. It was inconvenient, but understandable.

The experience itself was mixed. My partner really enjoyed his massage! His masseuse was attentive, gentle, and checked in with him multiple times to make sure he was comfortable. He felt relaxed and taken care of.

Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t the same. Even after clearly asking my masseuse multiple times to be softer, she remained very rough throughout the massage. My partner said he heard me ask for a lighter touch over six times. She also left the room multiple times during the session (I counted over four times), not just for the hot stones (which I know is part of the service), but enough that it felt like a rushed and disconnected experience. It didn’t feel relaxing, and I was honestly disappointed.

After the massage, I was briefly asked how it went and said it was "okay," but no one followed up or seemed interested in hearing more. I would’ve appreciated being asked for honest feedback in a more genuine way, especially considering how noticeably uncomfortable I was.

One thing I also found concerning was that we were asked to pay upfront before the massage, but the group ahead of us wasn’t. I’m not sure if that was just a policy inconsistency or something else, but it didn’t sit right with me.

Overall, I’m glad my partner had a good first-time experience, mine left a lot to be desired.

*UPDATE: I received a call from Jason at the spa who took the time to address my concerns directly. He was very professional, listened to my experience, and made things right. I appreciate the follow-up and how the situation was handled. It showed that the business values customer feedback and is willing to make things right. Because of that, I’m open to giving them another try in the future with a different masseuse. Thank you again, Jason,...

I went to visit my husband in New Jersey and he wanted a good massage and he had one in New Jersey and wasn’t happy so when we visited this area found This Place and I was not disappointed.

The reason I loved This Place is because we were able to get a couple massage together and were walk ins! We were able to be in the same room And the woman who massage my husband had a timer set so that we got our 75 minute massage exactly. I will say do not judge the physique of these people because I honestly did have my mind about the guy who did me but gave him the benefit of the doubt and that man did an amazing job. I fell asleep slobbered everywhere and he just did such an awesome job. TOM massaged me was very kind and made sure I was OK with him tucking the towel into my underwear and when it was time for me to flip over, he made sure he out and had the woman who is massaging my husband quickly assist me without skipping a beat I really appreciate that and didn’t even need to say anything. My husband was completely satisfied with the woman that did his massage and he’s picky. I love deep pressure. I paid $130 or $135 total for our 75 min massage. Of course that not including the tip, but it’s definitely worth it. Do not let this place pass you by.

3 reasons why it was four stars and not five stars was because when I got on the table, the paper was already ripped it seemed as if it wasn’t replaced and I had to request a new cover to be other than that. It was a clean facility. Another reason for minus one star is because the language barrier . I am a completely understanding person however management just moved to next after I paid before I even received service.

The names of people who massage my husband and I were...
