Stop & Shop — Attraction in New York

I ordered cup cakes for my daughters christening. I asked for 20 cup cakes 1/2 vanilla and 1/2 chocolate all white frosting. The worker asked if i wanted white flowers and i said yes, and id like it shaped like a cross. I picked up my cupcakes today for the christening tomorrow and they are 1/2 chocolate 1/2 vanilla with white flowers and GREEN FROSTING. This is NOT what i asked for. I asked the bakery worker to please read the receipt. It didn’t state green frosting. As i was making my way to the door I decided this wasn’t ok. I stopped and spoke with a manager. He was more than accommodating. He refunded me my money, and was very pleasant to speak with. However, free cup cakes or not it still is not what i asked for, and doesn’t go along with my theme. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me at stop n shop. Last year I ordered mermaids theme cup cake, they were mermaid themed but not what we discussed. The details were so different that i actually had to make sure those cup cakes were mine and i wasn’t mistakenly taking someone else’s cupcakes. The cup cakes are delicious and looks great but be very cautious of your details that you want. Im Happy its just my family and not a party, although i am Annoyed i am grateful for the pleasant manger and that i am not having a huge party.

Every time I shop here its a battle ground nothing but aggravation only in this location are workers allowed to scream in your face. Be disrespectful and get away with it this location has become a ghetto super market ! But over thé years thats what its become dont value or respect you as a customer you complain to the 800 consumer line goes back to store manager who is often the problem. No surprise why these stores are closing look at how customers are treated or rather mistreated courtesy workers think there managers and whats worse given the authority to do so ! No place to shop any more thats why this store gets away with this behavior truly awful store toxic enviorment ! Never any improvement just gets lower and lower. ! Shopped in so many diffrent supermarket this store by far one of the worst who wants to be treated like dirt for their own money. Enployees run the show absolutely no repramand this store condones bad behavior dont try to complain to a manager they back up workers even when they know their wrong...

I had very bad experience today with the Stop & Shop. I was at the register and after paying I realized I bought the wrong item When I asked to return it that’s when everything went wrong When asked to return it they said we need to come back tomorrow Then when the manager came she also said come back to Roofs How can customers shop and have no policy of guidelines to help avoid having the customers have to return the next day The servuce was so very unhelpful at all That is not customers service I work in the service industry and this was unacceptable They couldn’t help the customers but people are shopping They shouldnt keep the supermarket open if there’s no customer service at least have a manager who has those responsibilities just I. Case this case arises not Nice at all, stop and shop after 8pm isn’t recommended anymore.since if you would need customer service you would have to wait the next day Very unhelpful Stop & Shop isn’t helpful when you need customer service while shopping honestly They don’t care...
