I went to Kasen law firm yesterday afternoon to discuss refund matters, and it was another unpleasant experience.

It's really hard to made appointment with them. I never got their call back as they told me. I finally made an appointment with them and they do give me a phone call. I double checked with them on the phone that I can see the lawyer and finish the paper work as soon as possible with this time's appointment They said yes. Ok! Good! I take one day off go their office. They let me wait 20 min and then came up with a financial manager to meet me to discuss how much more money should I pay. Then they can open my case. After I told them about the situation couple times, their front desk and the lawyer assistant said that they exaggerated and said what would happen if it didn't work out. A bunch of words made you feel like it isn't easy to deal with. Then they asked for $3500 or around $4000. I was shocked it was so expensive. I went back to think about it, and then negotiated to $3000. It was my first time to contact with a law firm, and I didn't go to another one. Now I ask them to explain to me how did you charge?
