Let me tell you why I let this place:

She has no respect for Muslim woman and Muslim woman attires. Her comments, such as, I sweat because of my clothes, was offensive! I felt a shock and horrified hearing this from this lady. Even when she said, it could be hygiene issue when I had UTI symptoms - almost implying of the layers of clothes I wear and suspecting I do not clean well! She even repeated herself multiple times when I looked shocked! At that point, I knew it was over with this woman.

She is totally ignorant about Islam and Muslims. We muslims have to pray 5 times a day, and one of the things that is required for our prayers is ritual purification, we cannot have even a drop of urine or feces on her body or clothes or even micro drop.

She becomes very defensive when you mention anything negative related to the treatments you get, including the herbs. Even just uttering a saying like, O I don't find them as helpful or effective, she becomes offended and starts a lecture!

I find this extremely offensive. She needs to be open to hear anything.

These are the two main reasons I left this lady after seeing her for a while.

Her herbs are extremely expensive, $150 for 2 weeks worth of herbs. Also, the moment I stop the herb, the symptoms returns. This is not a sustainable treatment.

Also, she barely ever put needles on my stomach even when I went with severe bloating and heartburn, she added needles elsewhere but stomach! How was my digestive system suppose to heal!!!

This is the 2nd Korean woman I faced who showed disrespect toward Muslims and Muslim woman. I did not feel safe getting...

Long days and nights, swaying with laboring women and crappy Hospital chairs, lugging birth and baby and being a general professional "shlepper" caught up with me to the point that I was in pain 24-7 and in severe pain following a health crisis that only Myungjin could sympathize and heal with the hands and compassion of a miracle worker. Without her, I would not be able to continue the "work" that is so necessary for my happiness and purpose in this life. She has given me and her clients SO MUCH more than the treatment(s) we signed up for .. and that's the TREASURE of Myungjin. To the Moon and Back ~...

Myungjin has changed my life. The work I have done with her has reverberated far beyond the sessions we have done. Myungjin has taught me how to listen to the subtleties of my body before my symptoms has escalated to a point of pain or discomfort. My shoe size shrank a half size after working with her because my feet were always chronically swollen, something that I hadn't even really noticed because it was just normal for me. I can tolerate more activity now and enjoy being on my feet for pleasure whereas beforehand my feet and legs would aggravate me enough to keep me from going out after work or on the weekends. I sleep better without waking at night, my skin is better, my mood is better, and I've lost ten pounds by incorporating the tips that she has shared with me. Even my temperature regulation has improved.
