Wonderful flower shop. Honest review of the work. I had to make a gift, put together a Hand Made bouquet of 5 different flowers. We collected it for $50, I really liked the bouquet and the girl to whom I gave Flowers. Thank you very much for the good price and quality work. Cons, I went to buy flowers for the second time at another store on Brighton Beach Avenue. The saleswoman working in the store is very rude and behaved in an uncultured manner. It’s as if I’m not a Client, but some person who asks her for money. I didn’t like the Service and the rude treatment of me, it’s before the holidays and I need to buy a lot of flowers for my Relatives and Family. Girl, if you are reading this honest review, you have lost a client by $300✓ I will never buy anything here again. The owners are normal, I myself have an office on Brighton Beach Avenue, and every client is valuable to me, I have an individual approach to business. This place used to be amazing. It used to have fresh flowers and beautiful arrangements with good prices. Over the years, they have been going down hill. Came there today and this will be my last time coming here. Flowers are way over priced and they do not look healthy. Staff is rude in addition to everything. Heard a sales girl interact with another patron and I was embarrassed for the place that they feel they can speak to customers in such a way. They were literally mocking an elderly customer for telling them that she thought the flowers were not fresh. I, reluctantly, still purchased one of these overpriced arrangements. Brought it home to give to my wife and she mentioned that, although she appreciated the gesture, the flowers were already dying and some of the roses were breaking. If anyone can comment with a better flower store in or around the area, i am happy to try them. Again, will never come to this place ever again despite getting flowers from here for the past 10 years.
