Love love love this yoga studio. There’s a couple of studios closer to me but the walk over here is worth it.
The space is clean, open and zen. The energy in the classes are always positive. The instructors are great. Each one of them has their own style. This studio has the mats already set down so that you just come with your water bottle, which is kinda nice. It removes the whole shuffling of mats and figuring out the spacing and bringing your own yoga mat. I love the different types of classes available, so that it doesn’t feel like I’m doing the same sequence day in and day out. It offers HIIT yoga, Pilates and vinyasa, along with a couple more. There’s enough available times that makes scheduling easy to fit into anyone’s work day.

Read moreLoved the class with Tochi - love a teacher that kicks your butt :) Eddie at the front desk has an awesome energy and just the sweetest and most welcoming - pure gem. Most people in the class were newbies. The studio is small and mats laid out (prior to your arrival) very close together (Yoga to the people style if you’ve ever been) so moves are restricted. The mats themselves are actually terrible, not sure if it’s the mats themselves or the cleaner that’s used but they are so slippery I ended up just moving it out of the way and practicing on the floor. So if you have your own mat, use it. The space is beautiful however and Tochi did an amazing job with walking you through the flow and taking your mind off the hard...

The space is stunning and serene. You feel calm, just walking in!
The class schedule is amazing. There are classes offered almost every hour throughout the day, varying from Yoga to Pilates and sculpt. Moon flow and meditation in the evening. And my personal favorite, breathwork class every Friday led by AJ 💚 I could go to the studio every day in a week and try something new every time.
