TL;DR: Products are fine, but customer service isn't all that. (Told in a dramatic way by yours, truly.)
I'm going to be a "Karen" here and basically, the clothes are nice. Pricey, but in my experience for the last 2 years, my jackets are still holding up! They still feel soft and warm for the these past winter months.
Customer service? Not the best. In their defense, I did not properly read the return policy, and I did assumed that even after the 60 days, I'll get whatever selling price the item is and in store credit. I think I went past that as well. In the end, if 60+ days after purchase were all sales final, I would like to have been told and I would have carried on my way! (Used to work retail.)
SIDE NOTE: North Face, be clearer on your policies as well. -_- Just say after 60 days, all sales are final! I couldn't find a definitive answer and even the employees I talked to on the phone beat around the bush! Or if someone could let me know when all sales are final, please!
When I got to the store, and explained my situation, from there on out, the associate seemed condescending to me, or kept "hinting" to me that I return my future purchases within that 60 day window return. Three times. I think I got it the first time, thanks! I didn't realized that trying to help a customer was a hassle.
In the end, she did offer me a store gift card to use online from my returns, so thank you for that.

Read moreI've never taken the time to write a poor review, but this deserves the time. I've gone to this location twice in the last two weeks. The first experience was with a seriously uninformed team member who couldn't guide us to the product we were showing him on my phone...didn't even know if they had the product or if he could locate it in another store, suggest something similar etc.
Then before the second visit, I checked the store hours prior to going. Google and a sign on the door confirmed it was open until 7 pm.When we got there there was someone at the locked door saying they were closed. But shoppers were inside and it was 6:40 pm. A group of us outside asked to enter and the person just said "we're closed." We all explained that the website and the door sign read 7 pm. They refused to let us in without any explanation. Finally someone asked to speak to a manager. A manager opened it to say they were at capacity...there were about 15 people in the store, but finally let us in. Once we were in and I found exactly what we came in for I asked a team member if they had another size. Without answering my question she said "we're closing in 15 mins." I said that I understood and we just wanted to get a jacket, but didn't see the size so I was asking if there was another one in stock. She simply said "everything is out."
I understand staffing is difficult these days, but the two experiences here were baffling. I won't bother going back. And to the team there, please do some...
Read moreI went today 11/9/22 to purchase a coat and I had a very bad experience. Malik gave us an attitude. We asked him to help us open up a zipper because it was stuck and we didn’t want to mess it up. The way he conversed with us was like he made us feel very uncomfortable and dumb. He looked around to the other employees and made a face. Then I told him that I was charged for shipping and he flat out said no we don’t charge. I said again, I have proof. He said no we never charge. Then I showed him the receipt and he said oh. I asked him another question regarding a coat I was looking for, he pointed to the coat across the store and said it’s over there. Out of the 50 coats I was supposed to guess which one he was talking about. His attitude was uncalled for. If I’m at your store purchasing something, I don’t expect to be treated in this way especially when I am a regular customer spending nearly $$$ on your coats. Meanwhile, on the same counter, Makai treated us with so much respect and showed us all charges before finalizing our purchase . He went out of his way to help us. He walked us over to the coat we were purchasing online and said you might want to try it on before you purchase.
