BEWARE! This place sells “Labubus” for $25 each and they are telling their customers they are real even though they are very obviously FAKE. My elderly aunt purchased 2 of them and unfortunately she didn’t know any better, but the worker named Anna assured her they were 100% real. She was so excited thinking it was her lucky day, only to later realize she just spent $50 on LAFUFUS.
Stop lying Anna. You know these are fake. Someone already left a review from 1 month ago which describes how you refunded them for the fake Labubu you sold them. So not only are you knowingly selling counterfeit goods but you are lying to your out-of-town customers to make a quit buck. Sickening!
Notice the $24.99 sticker covering the bar code and how the receipt doesn’t have a description of what was sold. This business SUGAR KINGDOM is going out of their way to deceive.
We stopped by this morning hoping to speak to you about this but your doors were locked even though it was during your normal business hours. I’m sharing photos to show what was sold versus what an actual Labubu looks like. There’s no excuse for selling these at $25 each when they are hardly worth $5.
Maybe stick to selling overpriced candy, or if you’re going to sell fake goods, at least be...
Read moreAnna, manager, completely nasty. I came in two days ago, bought a lebubu, the head popped off in 48 hours (because these are fake). We did not have a receipt, but I figured I would see if they could do an even exchange. The answer could have been no, and I would have taken it for what it was. Anna decided she wanted to have an attitude, probably because the toys aren’t made by the real manufacturer, and accused me of not buying it at the store and when I asked her what the issue was, why she was bothering with the exchange if it was such an issue; she said I was lucky she was there, it was coming out of her paycheck and she was not going to be fake nice to me lol. Anna, the answer can be “sorry, we do not do returns without a receipt”. I used to work retail for a long time. Don’t help someone just to give them an attitude for no reason. Just say no. I would have contacted the manufacturer due to a faulty or fake product and been on my way. Get a grip, or find somewhere else to work. I’m sorry you’re selling fakes and...
Read moreEvery sweet you can imagine, and I can imagine a LOT.
Upon entering, you're greeted with sweet smells of all kinds of candy. It's difficult to make your way through the store because there are 3 dozen different choices of treats in the first 5 feet, and it continues like that every 5 feet throughout the entire store.
After wandering around aimlessly feeling a lot like Augustus Gloop from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, wanting to frolic and stuff everything you touch into your mouth, we made our way to the back of the store where they had probably 18 different flavors of ice cream. Each of us got a double scoop of our favorites and shared with each other and even though the cotton candy ice cream was my favorite, ALL of them were really, really good.
But we didn't stop there. Each of us filled bags with interesting and familiar sweets, from gummy sharks to sour patch worms, taffy in assorted flavors and literally just about any sugar-filled treat you can think of.
If you like candy and ice...
