I would definitely give 0 stars if I could. I ordered my dress and paid for it in November. They measured, entered the measurements, said I needed size x. Okay cool. During my bridal appointment my sister's could hear the staff talking about me negatively. Saying things like they know this dress is more than I want to spend. Saying they were not going to show me certain dresses because they were on sale. My sisters didn't tell me till later as they did not want to upset me. One of my sisters also ordered her dress that same day. That came in. We got a call it wad ready for pick up mid February. We go to get it, it's marked as already picked up. We did not. It took over an hour before they decided it was defective and they sent it back to the wear house and didn't mark that correctly. So early April I go for my fitting appointment. This is when they told me would be the best for my June 22, 2024 wedding. I go, get all the alterations marked, pay, leave my dress. It's now May 22nd. I am set to pick up my completed dress May 23rd. Within 24 hours of expected pickup, I was called. Told the wrong size dress was initially ordered, and the less than 1/4 inch I needed let out under the arms was not able to happen. Mind you, it was promised it could have been done over a month prior! They said they could exchanged the dress I ordered "in my size" NEW for the FLOOR model, and they would alter it down multiple sizes. At this point I have exactly 30 days, they had my dress over 30 days and hadn't even touched it, and apparently ordered the wrong size to begin with. I refused to leave the store with that dress. They issues a $2,900 refund for the dress and prepaid alterations they promised would be back in my account in 24 hours. Well guess what.. it's not! Absolutely...

Visit 1: Bridesmaid Dresses Kelly was a fantastic help for my friends and I! My friend, the bride was looking for a veil and blusher. She presented us with many options and compliments to help us figure out what look we wanted to achieve. She also helped to size me and the other bridesmaids out with sizing and dress selection. She was diligent in checking size, the fit on each of us, and the color. She was friendly and fun.

Erica was very informative and friendly when we checked out as well!

Visit 2: Dress Fitting and Alterations For this visit, I worked with Taylor and Autumn. In short, I went to see if I could get my bridesmaids dress altered, which I was originally doubtful of. After working with Taylor she assured me that it could be done, which was a good surprise. My dress needed to be altered down (smaller), since i could not get a smaller size in a certain color.

That same day, Taylor set me up for a session with Autumn. Autumn fitted the dress and explained what needed to be done step by step. This way I knew what was needed and why.

They were very kind and accommodating. They helped me to find a solution and were very thorough in helping me to fit the dress just right. I went in thinking i would have to buy another dress but am very pleased and thankful for their help in getting the dress i had originally bought to fit to me!

I felt very rushed. I informed my consultant this was the first appointment trying on dresses and that I was looking just to see what style I liked. Within five dresses I found one I really did love. Unfortunately I was unable to bring my sister with me who is my rock so I did not want to pick out the dress without her. I told my consultant that, yet she pushed me to buy the dress now because she didn't know if it could ship in time or alterations would have enough time to alter it. Feeling pressure due to the threat of the dress not shipping in time if I wait until next week when I could come in with my sister, I bought the dress. I was measured three times by my main consultant and the manager. When I arrived at the front for purchase, the teller asked if I would like to size down due to my measurements?! I told her yes, but I told my consultant that I trusted her when she told me to order a six. I am normally a 0-2. I felt the push was unnecessary since I am 32 now and haven't changed in weight since high school. Why not at least a size 4?? It seemed as if the consultant was new and needed more training, or they were trying to make more money through their alterations department. All in all, yes I found the dress, but the experience was not a good one. The dress is to be shipped on March 3rd. My wedding is in August. The threats were unnecessary and uncomfortable.
