I moved to OK 3 years ago, so thought it was about time to see this. The park is beautiful. Clean, well maintained. The bridge is stunning. Lots of locks have been placed. I'm scared of heights, but this is definitely worth the walking over.

The true name of Scissortail Bridge is actually Skydance Bridge due to the artist naming the art piece Skydance and the city recognizing the bridge as Skydance. The art is an interpretation of the state bird of Oklahoma, the Scissortail Flycatcher. This is an interesting and eye catching feature that motorists get to see while passing through the state.
