We are Thunder Fans especially my grandkids. My grandson is 12 years and I, his grandmother, bought him a Shi Jersey right before Christmas. I was told that the order was in back order and I would not receive till Feb 17, 2025. Well Feb 17 came and went so I notified them. They send me an email, oh well, we're remodeling our distribution center from Feb 10-19 and will be going through a remodeling to improve our customer service. So you'll have to wait. We are now in March and I called the Thunder Store, who said they have no control over the distribution center that apparently is in the east because the phone and hours say eastern time. I have sent out another email to Angie CS advisor. Still have not received our product, so sad, Has anyone had any issues? I feel if the Thunder Store is where I order my product, they should get on the phones and ask where is my customers product but instead the Thunder Store said, Oh well, there's nothing she could do about it and I'd have to reach out to distribution center. Nice customer service Emily at Thunder Store. This is an issue between the Thunder store and their distribution center but instead I'm doing their job and getting the run around.

My return was supposed to be $70.61. I immediately called and they told me they’d send me the difference and texted me the receipt. I looked at the receipt and was so confused because I see multiple transactions and a thunder employee discount? I then realized that AN EMPLOYEE USED MY RETURN TO BUY THE SAME SHIRT JUST DIFFERENT SIZE THEN ADDED THERE THUNDER EMPLOYEE DISCOUNT AND THE REMAINDER WENT BACK TO MY CARD!!! I again immediately called and spoke with a manager and explained the situation to him. He sent me my money back and when I told him how concerning and NOT OKAY this is. I purchased a jersey for my son on May 25 2025 more it is now June 3rd and still unfulfilled. I went into the shop to purchase the jersey and tried to cancel it online but the lady is saying they can't cancel it and I can't return customized jerseys but the one I bought isn't customized and I told her that but she said even though it wasn't at the time of purchase its now considered customized????
