Marketplace At Ontario Center — Attraction in Ontario

This is one of the Sam's Club that I visit to get my gasoline. Luckily, they have gas station traffic attendants to direct and to 'control' the flow of traffic as they have 2-entrances to the station itself. The one side is from Milliken and the other is from the parking lot. This is where things can get a little confusing for a lot of people. Most of it people are exercising common courtesy as they are aware of cars waiting to enter the line that were clearly there before they were waiting but not quite in line but rather waiting for that particular spot where the last car in the line was and the car that entered directly behind the last car in line. Not hard to figure out but patience can wear thin ESPECIALLY when we are all victims of this price gauging economy that live in. So, never insist on your place in line just be courteous & by the way, we are all In a hurry so save that argument for...

The store was clean. Appeared to be understaffed, but staff that were there seemed nice. I didn't care for the new procedure with the self check out which requires the shopper to transfer all of their scanned items from the original shopping cart to another. The reasoning behind this new procedure is due to reducing the hassle for the customer and staff if the customer is incapable of scanning all of their items prior to paying. I organize my items appropriately for a quick check out (all barcodes up) so that I can scan everything in less than a minute... I also count them. My items are heavy so I did not enjoy having to transfer them. I will return to checking out with a sales associate or mobile checking out via the app next time to reduce my frustration (I know that sounds petty... but it...

Ok, people if you are sleeping on this thing called Scan-n-go @ Sam's club, then you are truly (and I mean truly) missing out. Our time is valuable, and this function (which is free ❤), along with the helpful and polite staff like Tina, makes shopping at Sam's club an absolutely marvelous experience. Download the app, link to credit card, go into store, and swipe your purchases on your phone as you put them in the cart - check out and go!! DO YOU HEAR ME?? NO LINE - DONE!! NO LINE MAN!!! It automatically tracks your receipts and makes looking back so very easy. 👏👏👏❤❤❤ it!!! This is what stops me from shopping at other big box stores!! 🤷‍♀️ Can't use it on alcohol ya'll, not a problem.
