Edit: They made it right! 👍 We originally ordered our furniture (a dresser w/mirror, 2 night stands & a tall dresser chest) in February 2019, it took weeks for them to deliver (when the guy made it sound like we would get it that week) & the chest was missing!! About another 4 weeks & the chest came but it did not match the other pieces. Plus none of it was the same as the furniture we ordered from showroom. It looked the same, but was much lower quality, stapled together not dovetailed & was flimsy with less drawers & missing details like what we picked out in store. After waiting 5 1/2 months & many ignored calls and texts, they finally contacted us & said they had received the new set of furniture they had ordered to replace the first set & would come pickup the first set & then 2 days later they would deliver the new stuff. (FYI we kept it all in the boxes this entire time, they usually unbox but bc the chest was missing we had them leave it in the boxes). Well they came to pickup today & to our surprise they had all of the new stuff with them. It all matched and was the same nice sturdy wood with dovetailing, extra drawers & had usb plugs in the nightstands. So I am editing my horrible review. We really felt like we were scammed & after reading other reviews, had no hope of ever getting what we bought BUT they came through! I purchased a living room set and dinning room set now the sofa you can hear the wood crack when you sit. This has happened to me 4 TIMES I called Valerie Furniture several times I asked to speak with with Paul last 2 times I called he assisted me with my purchase and again EACH time I they just kept telling me they'll send someone the next day to pickup the sofa and fix or replace it. They have not sent anyone nor called me to explain why. My dinning room also has its issues anything that gets on it CAN NOT BE WIPED OFF need to be extreamly carefull not to get any spills or platter on it Please do not buy anything from this store the quality is extremely poor even though it looks nice on the outside looks are...

One star is too good for this place! Horrible Horrible Horrible experience!!! Bought a dining room table recently and when it was delivered it was completely different from the one we saw in the showroom. The base was of very poor quality and a different design than the one in the showroom. We called the manager and he tried to sell us a different story. Did not admit it was the wrong one, and wanted to prove us wrong. Completely disrespectful and rude!! Also, we have been waiting for this delivery for 3-4 weeks.
