Disney Central — Attraction in Orlando

Making a Disney reservation has been a terrible experience. The cast member was argumentative, lacked knowledge, and made unfulfillable offers. Then I was left on eternal hold while the cast member was “checking availability”. I hung up after an hour of Disney music playing in my ear; only to find out that they had closed 15 minutes into my eternal hold! I called back the next day. I complained about my prior day’s experience. I was told the cast member will get more training. Making my reservation was like pulling teeth, even on the second try! I had a cart identification number which had my entire vacation package. The cast member kept quoting me a different price than what my cart showed. I was given an ultimatum “Do you want to book this vacation for THIS price and have a magical stay? It is for the dates you want to visit.” I felt like I had been baited and switched. The next time I called, I was left on hold for two hours total and never spoke to anyone. After the first 45 minutes, someone picked up the line and hung up on me. I called back and was on hold for an hour and 15 minutes before I clicked over and called the resort directly. But the guest services member couldn’t make reservations and didn’t believe that I had been on hold that long or perhaps I called the wrong number. So, I merged the calls so she could her the music and ads playing in her ear. She said that she couldn’t be sure that it was the reservation line! I ended my original call and she transferred me to the same line. I was on hold for about 30 minutes. TERRIBLE...

104$ per person is a bit high the rides are not that great (i preferer universal) don't even think about buying food there much less souvenirs other that and the packed area its aright.

Park Tickets: Starts at $104 per day plus an extra $65 for the Park Hopper option.

Food and Drinks: $70 per day per person

Transportation: $160 to $240 ride-share round-trip from LAX; $10+ around Anaheim Resort

Hotels and Resorts: Disneyland hotel rates range from $415 to $675 per night and $200 on average per night...
