I am a westgate employee and chose to purchase 2 child tickets for magic kingdom. while making purchase and confirming I rec 2confirmation emails in regards to 2 separate transactions for a total of 4 tickets. I contacted someone she was nice and got me over to a floor manager who briefly explained the manager who refunds transactions is not on property on weekends but she went ahead and contacted one who t9old me I can go inside the facility on one of our westgate properties and they will be able to process refund within 3/5 business days/she took my info and phone number just in case/I called back on my lunch to speak to another manager just to reconfirm the info the prior manager explained/the rudest employee any company could ever have assisted me/I req to speak to the manager in regards to my situation and she kept giving me the runaround to not speak to a supervisor/she thought she put me on mute and never did/her exact words were"she is so aggravating I keep telling her no one is here and she keeps yelling she should have been careful what she was doing" the friend goes to say just hang up on her especially if she is yelling at you" she goes on to say "I was going to transfer her to paul but no way this is not a supervisor call" she got back on the line(so she thought) I immediately tell her"i guess you thought you muted the call which you never did and I heard you and your friend consulting about me, you are unprofessional now transfer me to a supervisor". her response was "im unprofessional, no I was telling the truth" then she hung up on me. Read moreI came in to pay for Universal tickets for 1 adult and 1 child at the international Drive location. As I was about to the rep there told me about a timeshare tour to get cheaper tickets. She spent 30-45 minutes explaining the process and getting me and my mom excited and signed up only to pull some BS at the end saying I wasn't eligible AFTER signing up and getting us excited about the opportunity. She WAS NOT knowledgeable and gave us wrong info. I ended up paying for tickets online which were $15 cheaper THAN THE ACTUAL LOCATION and got a voucher INSTEAD OF A TICKET.. Wht horrible experience. I had purchased 2 tickets to Epcot online from Westgate Resorts (without reading their reviews) and went to pick them up at the International Drive location. I found out that I had been sold 2 tickets to Magic Kingdom for $240! I had specifically requested 2 Epcot tickets (my order was recorded) because my husband and I are senior citizens.
