The NOW Massage Downtown Orlando — Attraction in Orlando

🗣 Highly recommend. I was asleep... snoring 🤦🏾‍♀️ in 10 minutes. The relaxation was extreme. I parked in the parking garage around the corner and used the QR code for parking. I selected to pay for that park for 2 hours...$2.50. It took about 75 steps to arrive at the Now Massage door and when you walk in, you are welcomed with a bright and "you're about to rejuvenate" vibe.

Checking in was simple... especially if you fill out the form they text you before your appointment. After check-in in I waited 1 minute before being seen! I was escorted through a large door that entered a decent-sized foyer area where I shared a little bit about myself, my aches, where I'd like the massage to focus, etc. I was encouraged to take off my watch, silence my phone, and turn off my alarms.

*An interesting and very intentional (I think) fact is that from the front office area to the foyer, the lights were dimmed and through the next door the lights were basically off! #relaxation *

The picture shows the desk where I put my things and the space where I received the best Swedish massage service. There were many spaces around me with others being served but it... was... silent. There was a therapeutic sound that played the entire time. It wasn't too loud but the volume allowed me to hear when I was encouraged to breathe, relax, etc. The table was heated. I was covered with a normal sheet but then there was a slightly weighted blanket on top of that.

I was asleep in 10 minutes. 10 minutes!

I am certain I left out a few things and as I remember I will update this review or... or... You can just go. Go! I will be going back next...

Update 09/09/2023: Again, blown away but the generosity and attention to detail. After the first time with my friend, I came back with my mom; however, on a day where Marissa and Daphne were not available so we were met with two others whom I forgot the names of and the experience fell short. I wrote a direct feedback on my experience and Sraj the manager gave me a call the next day to sort out the situation. After we spoke not only was the credit reapplied but I also decided to keep my monthly membership.

I took my mom back today to redeem her first experience and she said “NOW that is a massage.” — I am blown away. The NOW is a great addition to the city of Orlando; it is located below the Radius and I kid you not, this place is the gateway to heaven.

I highly recommended coming here; you will not be disappointed with either Marissa or Daphne (may be misspelled) and the front staff. They are all super, super sweet.

I took my friend here for a late birthday gift and I opted for the monthly membership that gifted two 80 min. massages per month saving me $20. She chose the NOW massage and I went with the Healer. Both of us also added on the heat therapy which I will vouch for. With the membership, I am able to gift these massages or use them on myself as there is a location down south near Miami but my mother lives in Orlando, so I will keep and use my membership to spoil her. She is queen.

This week I was gifted a massage at the NOW by my partner. As anyone would be, I was beyond excited to schedule this appointment. I found out at scheduling that a deep tissue add on was added in to my appointment. This was my first time with the Now and I was absolutely blown away. Everything from the new age, calming vibes of the spa, to the kind receptionist were impressive. I met with Elise, who was my massage therapist. Elise was absolutely incredible. She was so kind and immediately put me at ease. She tailored the massage to my personal needs and made sure to focus on the muscles I noted were causing me pain. The deep tissue add on was such a game changer, for $20 I would absolutely recommend the add on to anyone. My massage was for 50 minutes, and while I have on the past booked 90 minute massages at other chains, Elise was able to deliver more relaxation and benefits in those 50 minutes than I usually get in 90 elsewhere. I left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and like my shoulder muscles were loose for the first time in my adult life. I’m without a doubt going to be back and for the first time, I viewed this massage as an actual tool in my wellness routine instead of just a luxury. I’m even considering making an investment to become a member. If you’re looking for a massage, this is the place to go. I’m sure all of the therapist there are top tier, but if you have a chance, I’d absolutely recommend...
