Though it took awhile and I had to keep repeating myself but the manager Josh did end up helping me replace a faulty cable on my controller that I purchased warranty for.
At first they barely looked at it for a whole second and then denied replacement. Stating it was physical damage which was clearly WRONG. It was practically brand new and the cable was slipping out of the entry area to the controller. It was clear what the problem was but they automatically chalked it up to being “cut.” After going back and forth awhile Josh finally actually looked at it up close/inspected it. It was an easy fix that he did help with. We said our sorry and went on our way. Which is why I am giving any stars at all.
The heavy set Hispanic female cashier, don’t know her name but you can’t miss her (possibly Bridget), kept making rude comments in the background. When I was first told no, I left it at the counter, walked out, read the warranty three times, saw that there was nothing stating no cable replacements/repairs, went back in told the manager this, went back and forth talking again, then when I said it was left at the counter she said, “I threw it in the trash but she could be lying she could have taken it with her.” She kept mumbling under her breath from a few feet away. At one point I heard her say “you don’t want to start with me.” I told the manager she needed to be retrained considering she’s willing to LIE and even admitted to it out loud by saying that I could have taken it with me RIGHT AFTER she said she threw it in the trash. VERY POOR customer service.

Was greeted over the phone by a guy named Omar and before we got into the details of the console he did recommend me a new game that is coming out which I also did preorder as well it was the new Mafia game. On top of that he did explain what he had available at the store stressing that he may have spaces available for the console and accessories as well. He also did reiterate that it would only be one console per customer. On top of that he was very friendly, very detailed, and explained the whole process of what is to transpire to make the transaction seamless and simple. To add on as I got into the store he greeted me as I walked in he got me on board with a sheet of paper that had more items available to purchase and was able to get me setup with all the items I wanted. So I practically walked out with a brand new console a few accessories a couple games and an open pre order for a game that I was interested in. Also to add on he got me signed up for the Pro membership to get me savings for the entire year and if I were you I’d get it because it’s like free money with the points you get. Out of all the store I called asking for help none were to any avail. Today when I went he thought it'd be hi-larious if he "jokingly" put me down for browsing? What kind of salesman mocks someone for browsing in-store and says "you know there's this thing called Google that you can browse on right??" and persisted to jokingly mock me about the fact that I was browsing. Idiot.
Like man if you don't want customers in your store and make stupid jokes like that, why are you working there? Are you trying to drive away business? Is that what your higher-ups and bosses would want for you? Are you trying to get fired?
Not to mention he brags and hits on any girl he talks to about games, and loudly so. Really obnoxious and I felt embarrassed for him.
