Horrible! The girl working ruined my husbands sunglass lenses! She cleaned them and left some residue on the lenses. She took them back to fix it and used alcohol on them which removed the coating totally ruining both lenses. She called her manager and district manger who first told her to see if they had lenses for them but later gave her direction to claim the glasses were already like that. When she found the lenses they were over $200 and she told us they were willing to give us a small discount on the new pair. When we explained that we didn't expect to buy a new pair as the glasses were fine when we went in, she cleaned them and then they were ruined she again called her manager and reported back that she hadn't inspected the glasses before she cleaned them. Upon further conversation she said she was looking for new lenses to start with but didn't realize how expensive they were and as such could only give us a 5% discount on the new pair. It was ridiculous because she fully looked at the glasses before she cleaned them because the frames are discontinued and she was looking them over to see what the name was. She cleaned them, then used alcohol, ruined them and told us her manager would only give us 5% discount to replace the lenses that weren't even the same as the ones she ruined. Horrible...

A classic Saturday night Las Vegas tale of losing one's glasses on the dance floor where they were stepped on and broken. My vision is terrible and I stupidly didn't bring a spare.
