Pan Asian Express - Mandalay Bay — Restaurant in Nevada

Unfortunately, I didn't take any photos, but, for $18.59, you would expect way better quality. Went here for a quick bite before going to the Reef experience, and the food was terrible at best. Ended up having about 4 bites and threw the rest out. The chow mein noodles were LITERALLY mush, and the teriyaki chicken was dried out and not very good at all. Had high hopes for the egg roll that I hadnt tasted yet, but it was cold and just very poor quality and tasted terrible. One bite and I was done.

I realize the food court at Mandalay Bay wasn't that busy as it was a Thursday afternoon, but, also don't advertise on your menu that everything is made to order fresh! Don't waste your money!...

This business is very dishonest because the recipes they serve do not taste anything like the name they carry. I ordered KungPao chicken and Broccoli beef. It is as bland as it can get. I have had kungpao chicken many times and this is the worst variant of it. I doubt they have used diluted sriracha sauce in this. Terrible.

The dish costs 27 USD making it feel like daylight robbery. Not sure why they ask for tips (15% by default) while making absolutely zero effort in making the food...

Not so hot. It was okay just because we were so hungry. The staff were very nice and that’s is one of the reasons that I gave it 2 stars instead of one. The beef of the “Beef & Broccoli” was very chewy. The “Mushroom chicken” was fairly tasteless. Let me not start on the price! For two plates and one smaller drink it came out to be $33!
