We visited the aldi here and had the worse customer service experience, Karla was awful!!! We wanted to buy a heated blanket and an oven cooker which we saw were on sale. When we went to purchase the items and when scanned it showed a completely different price than what was shown on the shelves. She stated that it was labeled wrong. When I asked if she can honor it because it was our fault that it was labeled wrong she said no is a very rude tone and shrugged her shoulders. I said that its false advisement and that it should be honored she ignored me and kept ringing my stuff up. At the end of my purchase she didnt even hand me the receipt she dropped it and I had to catch it. I didn't want to take it to another level because I had my small children there but this was the worst experience ever with Aldi and we shop here often. We will no longer be going to this location. Karla should no longer be allowed to interact with people she has no idea or clue...
Read moreI've never had a problem here other than not planning ahead of time to account for a "rush" hour. Apparently, there are times when people naturally head to the grocery store all at the same time which can leave the lines to be longer than usual. Food is usually on a good sale and I can do most shopping here. I shop for meats elsewhere as they don't have many options, or even options to lower the price it seems. Most produce here is cheaper, but not always. Store arrangement makes it easy to find everything and no comment on service from employees as they just WORK. Minimal customer service or none at all, BUT I PERSONALLY DON'T MIND THAT. They are either stocking food, or rapidly checking people...
Read moreI go to the Aldi's to do some grocery shopping . Usually go about every week to pick up the items that are needed. I like to shop at their stores . I've been doing business with them along time while I was living in Ohio . I'm a smart shopper that likes to stretch my $$ . I'm all about saving not paying for name brands. Unless I get a good deal on a name brand. Shopping with them is you use a quarter to get a cart to use for your shopping and you can bring your bags or purchase their bags or you can get empty boxes for your items . And you will have to bag your items after you have paid and then take your items to your car and then return your cart to return and get your quarter back. And safe it for your next trip so you will have a quarter to use for...
