I bought a table for almost $3000, and an umbrella for $2000 both are naturally damaged in 6 months especially the table. The wood is loosening, the planks are bent, and large cracks appeared after six months or less.
For the umbrella the The connections for opening and close got loss and I can't control It anymore.
When I bought these items from Rooms To go patio, the showroom associate was so confident that the quality was meant to be for outdoor 24/7 under the sun and the rains. She even got mad when I repeated my question about the quality and if I could keep it outside without being worried about it.
They convinced me to pay one year of extra insurance to ensure that Any accident damage, they would immediately replace, plus the three-year manufacturing insurance.
Now after checking the problem from Rooms to go, representative, the extra insurance company( Fortigra) rejected the clam and they said that Rooms to go are responsible because it's manufacturing defec.
Now I didn't receive any feedback from Rooms to go for more than three weeks.

My husband and I were approached by Frank who was eager to assist us until we said we were looking for an ottoman sleeper or storage ottomans. After hearing that, he insisted that they don’t have an ottoman sleeper even I told him we’ve seen one there before, and told us if that we can look for the storage ottomans ourselves and sat back down. So we walked around and, of course, what do we find? The sleeper. Maybe if the salespeople there spent more time educating themselves on what products they carry instead of sitting around chitchatting with each other, they would sell more products.
We then proceeded to walk around and found a sectional, dining room table and recliner loveseat that we really liked. Of course, after seeing our interest in higher commission items, Frank decided he would follow us around to see if we needed help. No thanks Frank. We will be taking our business elsewhere. And not to any of the 7-8 other salespeople we passed by that were too busy lounging around talking to each other, not to customers. Read moreProblem with Simmons mattress that Rooms to go kids sells and if you are selling a product you should stand by it and give customers correct information. When a customer has an issue you should also return phone calls and email to try and figure problem out instead of telling me the day I had delivery come to exchange and I complained that no more exchanges can be done cause the one exchange was done. If you know that the product will come in the same then let customer know so we have the decision to keep it or return it and not have to wait for day of delivery to find out from the delivery person that the product is always like that. The specs on mattress is 8 inches and it comes in 6 inches. It’s not the 7.5 specified online. I’ve never had a mattress come in with such a difference from online specs.
