Giving this 3 stars because of the gravel, which is not a safe choice for rough dog play. But park was empty on a Saturday so I think most dog owners know that. There are trash cans and working water but no poop bags or toys. Fence is about 4.5 feet high. There is an expensive ($20) parking lot next to it and regular paid street parking is a bit of a walk. There are benches and cute trees and it's nice to be near the water but as a dog park it's mediocre. There is a super small unlabeled small dog area and large dog area but since they aren't labeled it defeats the purpose. If they changed it to mulch or turf it would be great here and then there also might be...

Penn’s Landing Dog Park is a pup’s paradise in Philly! With two fenced areas, small doggos and big pooches can romp around off-leash, make new furry friends, and enjoy the cool breeze from the Delaware River. There’s plenty of shade for hot days and benches for humans to chill while their four-legged pals play. It’s a barking good time for all, with tail-wagging views and a super laid-back vibe. So leash up and head on over—your canine companion will thank you with happy woofs and...

I found this park on a holiday visit to the city with my fur babies. It was well secured and clean. The fine gravel was good for playing and walking on as well as waste clean up. There was a water fountain for the dogs and bowls. No toys so bring your own. Great walking distance from many hotels and attractions. Waterfront...

The best part of this dog park is the view for dog owners of the Delaware River and the RiverRink skating action. The ground is dirt/mulch and there are no separate sections for small vs. large dogs here. Did not see a poop bag dispenser, any doggie toys or trash can nearby. Our dog ran around for 5 minutes then stood by the gate to leave.
