It is a piss poor design of the buildings lay out and no signs nothing about free parking that isn't a couple of blocks away from the place. Bring your walking shoes cause it's maze not made for people who have a problems walking long distances. We went to the movies there and had a very hard time finding the main entrance to the theater and we finally did find it he place was trashed, dirty floors, fountain drink area filthy and half out in all 3 machines, pop corn topping area filthy digesting. Even the theater that was showing our movie was filthy, we had to sweep off our seats before we sat down. The bathrooms where nasty filthy no toilet paper in the stalls except for just 1 remind you I said only 1 bathroom stall had toilet paper out of I don't know how many, my sister told us about it as well at their quest service desk which pretty much blew her off. Wont...

A few restaurants however, most of the spaces are empty. Outdoor seating is nice but security kicks you out after 15 minutes. I visited at 6pm, bought a sandwich at one of the few remaining restaurants, Omoide, went to an outdoor table to eat and relax. After 15 minutes a security person told me that I had been there past the 15 minute limit and I was loitering and had to leave. As I was leaving, I watched security do this to several people, including guests from the neighboring AC Hotel. They treat their tenants customers horribly, no wonder so many spaces remain empty. I'm not sure what their new business plan is? The next time I want a "to go" meal to eat outside, I'll avoid the Arizona Center and go...

The place is undergoing a remodeling at this time. You have to walk through the ongoing construction inside the courtyard. There are a good deal of eateries that are open during the construction. You just have to walk around a roped off path aptly named the"route" to access the restaurant's. I have to say that on the 1st Sunday of August 2019 I was jumped and robbed of my cellphone by a young Black man and security was nowhere to be found. I had 2 young ASU students chase him down and Phoenix PD arrests him. Since that incident Arizona Center has banned me from the property as a victim I am going to sue them. Stay away from here not safe for older people after...
