Biltmore Square Condominiums — Attraction in Phoenix

I come from the east coast and moved here 6 years ago however I have been a property investor in this building years before that I finally decided to move here because I couldn't take the snow anymore and I kept one of my Apartments vacant for almost a year so I can move into it myself. The building is well maintained it is constantly remodeled even though it's only 15 years old. There were three swimming pools which were completely dug out and replaced using high-end materials the hallways have all been completely done over new carpeting paint walls everything and now coming up the clubhouse which has a two-floor fitness center with the new equipment is going to be completely done over also it has very good security there is security guards here every night or three sets of gates it is very convenient and compared to nearby buildings the rental prices are more reasonable. I love living here. Front office staff is nice. Security and maintenance guys are great. There's enough parking for everyone, including guests. They can park on the top floor of the garage as well as the parking lot. Gated with 4 swimming pools. I save gas because I'm within walking distance of EVERYTHING you can think of, from grocery, restaurants, fast food to shopping. Some people don't pick up after their pets, but that speaks of their character and not the complex because there are doggie stations throughout the complex with bags and trash cans. I'd...

I’ve lived at Biltmore Square Condos for 3 yrs. I love my unit ! The reception area employees are really nice and security always responds in a timely fashion. I feel very safe here and this place has become my home. The area is nice with easy access to freeway. Lots of good restaurants and stores. Love, love ,...
