Rocky Top Wine Trail — Attraction in Pigeon Forge

We picked the Shots and Glasses VIP tour as the main event for our joint bachelor/bachelorette trip for 10 people. We had the most amazing time with Judy and Sandy as our guides. They were so much fun and very knowledgeable about the area. All of the bartenders were also knowledgeable about their products and so personable at every location. We felt very special and were congratulated at every single location. We got to try so many different wines, ciders, and moonshine. Most of the locations we even got to individually pick the wines we tried. We never felt rushed and were allowed to take as much time as we needed and ask all the questions we wanted at each location. The red velvet wine at the Mountain Valley winery was my fiancé and I’s favorite. Judy and Sandy even took the extra time to offer to take pictures for us (suggesting good locations for pictures) and made sure they we got everything we wanted out of our trip, I would recommend this tour to anyone looking for a fun event to add...

My husband and I went in and were barely greeted and very somber at that. She serves him 3 ciders and then I said wine please and she puts my wine glass down and goes to give others more wines two times each and heads back to what I thought was serve me and she asks the brand new three girls what they will have and one girl said I’m sorry she was waiting first and I said yes could I please get my first sample before you serve new? She ignores us both and asks them what they will have again like neither of us said A word! We left abruptly! I have never been so mistreated in any establishment. Not to mention I told her we would like to see which our favorite was and then would like to purchase to sit outside and enjoy scenery. They lost money and customers! Poor choice of employee there. The other two women working other counters were laughing and joking and holding their crowds. I will never go back! Sent complaint to company and they have not yet been...

I booked this tour for a surprise Mom and Daughter outing for my Mom's birthday. Randy was absolutely amazing! What a jackpot! (Somebody give him a raise!!) He was so interactive, entertaining, and knowledgeable! (Also a great photographer) By far the best decision that was made our whole trip. We enjoyed each winery so much. Every wine-tender was so friendly and also made our experience fun and unforgettable. Most of all, my Mom laughed like a school child, smiled the ENTIRE time, and loved her day. She thanked me over and over but the credit is due to Randy and the RockyTop Wine Trail. And yes.... we wore our proud matching shirtsall over Pigeon forge for the rest of the day. We were asked by several people what our shirts were from or from. We gladly gave every recommendation and rave reviews. Don't think about it....do it! Thank you guys so much! See you next year,...
