BIRTHDAY DINNER DISASTER! **OMG!!!! Where do I start?!? Giving a 1 star only because no stars isnt an option. Placed order online for my friends birthday and it stated order would be delivered in 50 minutes. After about 45 minutes I called to make sure they knew which campsite to come to. The lady who supposedly was the manager said she was fixing to call me it was going to be 2 more hours before it would be delivered or I could pick it up in 40 minutes. WAIT! WHAT?!?!?! So after 90 minutes of me placing the order we drove 1 mile to pick up our food. I get there, there is one lady waiting in line, and lady #2 walked in behind me. The manager gave me my order & I asked her to make sure they didn't charge me for the delivery fee and for the tip since I had to come pick it up. She said it wouldn't be charged. So I went to the car. I checked to see if I was given my sauces that I paid for and didn't see the Buffalo sauce so I went back in and asked for it. She told me she put it in the box with the cheese sticks. I went back out and checked and it was not in the box. So I took the box in to show her and she was waiting for me at the counter with my Buffalo sauce. So odd...we get back to out campsite and look and i never received my mozzarella sticks i had paid for. So I call and they continued to either hang up on me, pick up the phone & then place me on hold with out saying anything, or would say "there are 17 callers ahead of you" and then put me on hold. I continued to call back. Then I had my daughter call from her phone and they answered! I explained what I was missing and she said I would have to come back. I told her no please just go ahead and deliver it and she said they couldn't do that. Of course I am very upset at this point and asked to speak to the manager. She refused and said the manager was busy and would not be coming to the phone. I told her to just cancel the entire order and refund me for the entire order. She asks her manager if she can do that and manager said yes if I brought the pizza back that I ordered. So I loaded up what pizza we didn't eat and side items and all sauces and took it back. When I arrived Lady #2 was STILL WAITING. I had been gone at least 30 minutes. I gave them the food & They gave me receipt and said my refund would be complete with in 3-5 days. They never apologized for their poor service. Worst service ever and pizza crust was so crunchy. The manager obviously doesn't care about the inconvenience they cause their customers or the negative reviews that are posted. Come on CORPORATE go in and clean house! Do not eat here! We had a unique food request for someone in our family and was unable to notate this in the app (the ONLY thing that wasnât this restaurants fault), tried to call within seconds to advise them of the request, and was rudely answered and told I would need to wait and was put on hold. Waited on hold for 36 mins before I got to the restaurant. I walked in to find one employee behind the counter with a line of people 15 deep. After chaotically trying to find where to pick up takeout orders, I was able to ask the lady behind the counter what the status of my order was. She went back to the kitchen and came back out advising me it was in the oven and would be done within 15 mins at the most. After sitting there waiting for 20 mins, watching countless other customers hearing the same thing, looking at the kitchen to see pizzas and other food stacked on top of each other (see pic below) the line finally died down and was able to ask the lady again what the status was on my order. She again went back to the kitchen and came out a couple of minutes later and told me that someone must have misplaced my ticket and it was being made right now. I asked and clarified that the order hadnât even been started and she said yes. I immediately told her to cancel the order because she lied to me. And then walked out. Oh- and all this time my wife was waiting outside at the car with our 3 very hangry young kids, 5, 4, and 10 months old.    Read moregoogle said they were open until midnight and we got there and it said they close their dining room at 10.. it was about 10:05..we get it .when you're done then it's time to leave. so they had carryout available until midnight so we decided to take something home, since it was getting late. well we haven't been to a pizza hut in almost a decade at least..and we eat out a lot (since we're also in the restaurant business, long hours) they now have the menu on a big board. I asked her for an actual menu to look at because there is no description of ANY of the pizzas so for EACH thing we looked at we had to ask what was on it, to see if it was anything that we wanted. we asked about the super supreme and after being told what was on it we were interested but can't eat the black olives or green peppers so we asked if we could take off those items and substitute them with banana peppers instead. still a pepper, but not one that'll make my husband sick. she said she could take the two items off but it will cost us an EXTRA $3.50!! we saved them the cost of two items for the whole pizza but they wanted to nickel and dime us for our stuff! we chose the buffalo chicken pizza instead, some bread sticks and boneless wings. all I can say is the bread sticks are still good! the boneless were so hard we couldn't eat them..and the pizza was not at all what we had thought. EVERYTHING there has become outrageously expensive đ but live up to those higher prices with excellent service or food! we were extremely disappointed and probably won't go back for another decade!! đ thanks for nothing pizza hut, there are enough other restaurants to go to and try out...it...
