## A Must-Visit for Any "Jaws" Fan! If you're a fan of the classic movie "Jaws," then a visit to this souvenir shop is an absolute must! From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with an incredible array of merchandise that truly captures the spirit of Amity Island. I was particularly impressed with the **quality of the t-shirts and hoodies**, many featuring unique designs you won't find anywhere else. They also have a fantastic selection of **collectible items**, from detailed replicas to fun, quirky keepsakes that are perfect for any fan's shelf. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, happy to chat about the film and help you find exactly what you're looking for. Prices were reasonable for the unique items on offer, and I walked away with some fantastic finds. Whether you're looking for a small memento or a serious piece of "Jaws" memorabilia, this shop has something for everyone. Don't miss it if you're in the area!

Great selection of items at good prices. Lots of cool Smoky Mountains T-shirts. The sharks aren’t huge sharks, they are smaller sharks so don’t expect to see giant sharks, but they are still cool to look at and there are other fish and an eel in the tank as well. Only reason I knocked three stars off is for their horrendous hermit crab care. These crabs are packed into the cage with crabs literally covering the floor of the cage, and it’s also a wire cage that wouldn’t hold any humidity in. Cages they give you are total garbage and I doubt they give you the bare minimum you need for crabs. Only reason I didn’t give one star is because they had the sense to separate painted shell and natural shell crabs so they don’t attack each other. Please do your proper research before purchasing crabs and don’t buy from shops like this. Fix that and this store would be great.

During our recent weekday visit Pigeon Forge to buy souvenirs, we were drawn to JAWS Souvenir Store with its distinctive entrance—a massive shark’s mouth that doubles as a fun photo opportunity. The store has an extensive selection of merchandise, including a wide array of clothing items such as t-shirts, hoodies, and swimwear. We ended up purchasing several shirts and caps. The staff was occupied with organizing inventory during our visit so pretty much left us alone. This allowed us to browse undisturbed until we approached the counter to make our purchases. This hands-off approach suited us well, as it provided a relaxed shopping experience. Overall, JAWS Souvenir Store offers a diverse range of reasonably priced souvenirs and apparel, making it a worthwhile stop for those seeking unique mementos from their Pigeon Forge adventure.

We are visiting from Florida and stopped by the store to get a sweatshirt at my daughter’s request. She needed a shirt from the very top of the wall and the girl who helped did not seem to have the slightest idea what she was doing, barely speaking. We offered to speak to her in Spanish as we were unsure if she wasn’t communicating because of a language barrier. We finally collected the shirt we needed and went to the front to pay. There was a young lady at the register and a guy. Neither of them looked up from what they were doing to acknowledge we were there. I chalked it up to the fact that they were counting money and perhaps one of them was closing out their register. We stood there and waited to at least be acknowledged and nothing. After waiting a little longer, i look back at them and realized they kept looking up at us and looking back down, almost as if they were avoiding us. Finally, my husband makes eye contact with the gentlemen who proceeded to go to the register and stand there and stare him down. He said not a single word, not a “how can I help?” Or “are you ready to checkout?” When my husband makes a gesture as to ask what’s going on, the gentleman proceeds to rudely say “I’m just waiting for the customer to come up to check out” We had not come up to the counter because we weren’t sure where we were suppose to stand to check out but it was very obvious we were standing in “line” waiting for check out. After the gentleman’s rude response we decided to leave our items. I only give this one star because I had to. In our entire stay we have encountered amazing individuals with great hospitality, this place is not it. This is not how you conduct business. Whoever the gentleman was, he may want to brush up on his customer service skills and train his staff to also provide good customer service. With the way things currently are in the world a little kindness goes a long way just like a simple “hello” and “can I help you” do. Shame on these individuals for choosing to conduct business in such a rude way. I wish I had read the previous reviews before going as this seems to be a standard practice at this...

Prepare yourself for a shocking revelation about a seemingly innocent store in Pigeon Forge, a popular vacation spot known for its serene escapism. While vacations are meant to be a respite from the burdens of daily life, this particular establishment manages to shatter any hope of solace, leaving visitors disheartened and discouraged from ever setting foot inside.

From the moment you step through the doors, you're greeted with an unsettling reminder that our nation is torn apart by political division and haunted by the specter of racism. Instead of finding a sanctuary where worries can be left behind, you are confronted with the stark reality that some still embrace the archaic and divisive ideologies that should have been left in the darkest corners of history.

But wait, it gets worse. As you navigate through the store, desperately seeking an escape from the disheartening atmosphere, you stumble upon the most underwhelming attraction imaginable: live sharks. Yes, you read that correctly—live sharks. However, don't expect to be awestruck by the majesty and magnificence of these creatures. Instead, prepare to be thoroughly disappointed. The live sharks here are nothing short of lame, their presence serving as a sad reminder of the overall lackluster experience that this place offers.

My sincerest advice to anyone seeking a truly relaxing getaway, free from stress and the heavy burdens of the outside world, is to steer clear of this establishment. It is a place that only serves to amplify the disheartening realities we face, leaving visitors feeling anything but rejuvenated. So, if you value your peace of mind and cherish the idea of a vacation that truly allows you to escape, I implore you: avoid this place...

We stopped here on our way out of town for a quick souvenir. The store is packed with clothing racks so much that when walking between them you will likely hit your arm on at least 1 of them. I purchased 2 sweatshirts for my kids. One of which was on a 50% off the lowest ticketed price rack. When I went to check out, there was no one at the register. I walked down to the girl at the other end and let her know that I was ready to check out. She pointed to the register & then walked down. When she rang me up, she did not take 50% off the one item that was on the discount rack. I let her know that it was on the discount rack & her reply was short & quick "it doesn't have the 50% off sticker on it." I responded that every single sweatshirt like the one I purchased was on the discount rack. She asked where and I told her & let her know I would show her where. She stopped to talk to a man aa she walked back. The man was not wearing anything that would have signified he worked there nor was she. She quickly snapped at me that she was just talking to him really quick as I approached. She was very rude as if I had put all of these shirts there myself. She let me know she was going to give it to me BUT they weren't in the right place (like I had any control over that). First & last time here--save your time, money, and sanity by...
