We visit the Smoky's every year. We always shop this gift shop. We make it a point to buy many of our souvenirs at this shop. Their prices are reasonable. Their selection is great.

This gift shop is the oldest gift shop on the Parkway now that Hillbilly Village is gone. This is an American owned and operated business. That is important to me. I try to support local proprietors. It's weird, I almost feel like they are old friend, even though I don't even know their names, and I only shop their once or twice a year.

In a competitive business like souvenirs, locals need all the loyal customers...

If I could give 10 stars, I would. It was my first time to Pigeon Forge. Stopped in on my way out town for tee-shirt, ended up getting several. I returned home to Indiana. Couple days later I washed all my shirts( inside out) and 1 shirt had a problem. I called and spoke to the Manager about it, asked for an exchange. She told me to send it back and she would send me a new one. Such lovely customer service! This is a must stop to shop place! So many cute and unique items! I dare you to get out of there without spending $100. So worth it!! God bless this store and the people...

The nice ladies were welcoming and very helpful, making it a nice stroll through the store. Family friendly! And the store is set up so nice! Cute home decor, merchandise is good quality and just the right amount of unique features inside and outside that make it a shop worth paying a visit to!!! I love everything my husband and I purchased! I could see traditionally stopping there on future trips for that search for the right suviover to take home!!...
