We went to take our 1 year old to play for an hour and he had a blast at the toddler zone. There's a foam pit, giant lego blocks, small trampoline area, basketball hoop, and slides. There's plenty here for your kid to run around and run off some energy and wear them out. The remainder of the park looked very fun for the whole family and we can't wait til our child is older and we can all enjoy the whole park together. I highly recommend this experience for your family. I do have a couple gripes that I'd hope they would address: The initial process just to get to the play area took over 30 minutes of waiting and could have easily been upwards of an hour. You have to fill out a waiver which is expected and understandable. Then there is only one person working the front to take payment for entry, and it can take upwards of at least 5 minutes per party to check out. We waited about 20 minutes in line and we were about 5th in line. When we checked out there were easily 10+ parties in line so we definitely felt bad for them. Then you have to wait until the nearest quarter hour (12:15, 12:30, 12:45, etc.) for a safety video to play (which was 95% irrelevant to us as we weren't climbing or jumping). It shouldn't have been this hard to get my toddler to the slides and foam pit in my opinion. The price shows $9.99 for 1 hour, but our total was $14.50. Not enough to knock off any points and that was still a more than fair price, but there's definitely hidden fees or something that could add up if you had several toddler zone players. They just need to update prices on the screen at the front.

Quick to get in and jump (outside of the safety video, but good to have). Kids enjoyed this place so much. It wasn't as much stuff as other places we've visited(some about the same). We did all love how they had different activities and the entire rock climbing wall area with various types (my daughter loved that). The ninja area was so much better than any other place we've visited. They even had the lighted buzzer at the end that blew out smoke. My son really enjoyed this area. I loved how they had tennis shoes by size in cubbies for kids who didn't have tennis shoes. So cool. Had an issue with reporting one of the attractions as down. They saidnit wouldn't be fixed. I asked for a discount or something (had gotten irritated throughout the vacation with paying so much for attractions and not receiving a discount after finding out parts of the attractions are down and won't be running but still have to pay full price. The front desk clerk gave me a big issue about it but called the mgr and said he would give us the discount. The mgr said it with ease and no Hassel with all the understanding, which I truly appreciate. Overall we will defimetly be back and refer them to others.

The two star rating is being generous to this facility. The stars given were mostly because we did receive good service and the facility was fairly clean minus the restroom. What took away from our experience was that the facility was split into a toddler area and other than toddler area. The parent is asked to be with their kiddo while in each specific area. The issue comes when there is one parent and two kids of different heights/ages. Kids above 42" are not allowed in the toddler area and toddlers below 42" are not allowed in the kid area. Which means inevitably one kid will be sitting out while the other plays when there is only one parent for the outing. Also, the facility is very small compared to all other trampoline parks that we have visited. The toddler space has a small foam pit a few small trampoline squares, trampoline ramp and a small area with bricks and a few toddler toys. The kid area had very limited trampoline space, a obstacle course for big kids and teens only and a space for running/jumping on an "airbag). If I were visiting and looking for a trampoline park/climbing place I would pass this place up and look elsewhere for both the limited space and price to play.

The facility was okay. I took my 4 yo and 14 yo. We have been at other times and been able to use the entire facility with my 4yo. This time they said we had to keep her in the toddler section. (Height restrictions of below 42") my 4 yo is right at the top of the 42" line and has been throughout the facility multiple times with yesterday being the only issue EVER. The toddler section has degraded it used to have a nice play ground type climbing area which has been completely removed. The blocks looked dirty although they were the most played with item in the section they need a thorough cleaning. The jump pit was a nice touch however I seen multiple toddler struggling to get out. The rest of the facility was very clean my 14 yo had a blast and enjoyed all the things she was able to do. Definitely a place for taller than 42" to enjoy. We will go again just because we are local and I know we most likely won't have the same issue with my 4yo height as it had never been as issue before.

Went there in Father’s Day with my too sons. They had fathers for free which the only positive thing I can say. After jumping for ten minutes, we decided to do the fire and ice. Turns out it was closed for the day. I went to the counter to see if I could change from 2 to 1 hour and was told no. The girl told me they should have told me it was closed but nobody did. If we were told it was closed we would have only did an hour. Also I tried to get the tickets online but couldn’t get the free ticket to work. I called and was told to just come in. While the phone support was professional she never told me one of the main areas is closed. Finally before leaving we decided to do the VR. We had 3 people in our group and there was one child in front. We could do 4 people at once because on their VR systems were down. We had to wait 15 minutes while they let the single player go multiple times in a row. I won’t ever go back there again.
