Such a cute establishment. I’m not sure if this is one business or several back to back. We expected just the creamery and bakery, but there was also a cider store, wine store, candy shop, and a restaurant. We only went to the bakery and creamery. My husband got a blackberry buckle bread and said it was delicious - minus the seeds. He is a baker and takes out seeds when he bakes. I got a loaf of white bread and it’s quite yummy! We also got a frozen coffee, but it was no where near frozen. I expected a shake like substance to it, and instead, it was as thin as milk. The guy behind the counter had to tell the girl how to make it, so she was still learning the ropes. There was an open restaurant at the far left side of the property, and there appeared to be another one right before it. The signage was awful. See pic. If I’m reading it correctly, it says open until 6:30 M-F. We were there at 5:30 on a Friday, and there wasn’t one person in there. Not even workers if they had closed a little early. I understand COVID has changed a lot of businesses, but communication is always appreciated. A note or better signage...

I would give this place zero stars or negative stars if possible. Very nasty and unsanitary place. I am not sure how it passes health inspections. Will never visit this place again. As we sat at a table eating our ice cream, we observed an older gentleman walk over to the ice cream, get a spoon, open the freezer and get a bite of ice cream. That could be forgiven. However, he then reached in with the SAME SPOON that he had just had in his mouth, and got another bite. It was then observed that several people that were obviously known to the operators of the establishment, come into the store and then, without washing hands, they helped themselves to drinks, and also reached into the ice cream freezers taking bites of ice cream.

I also want to add that this is not my first visit here. My family & I have a cabin in the area and we visit here several times during the year. I have never witnessed this before; however, seeing this happen with my own eyes this visit, I will...

SPECTACULAR food sold here! We had apple cobbler a la mode, and it was FABULOUS! The cobbler consisted of warm, firm apples with a crispy, crunchy crumble on top. The melted ice cream next to the cobbler completed the dessert! It was the best cobbler I have ever had.

The sweet breads for sale in the creamery were exceptional. We bought a loaf of pumpkin pecan bread and a loaf of apple walnut bread, and both were amazing. We purchased some whipped cinnamon butter and some fresh milk and enjoyed them for breakfast each morning of our vacation in Pigeon Forge. It was money well spent! The breads were made with applesauce, so they were exceptionally moist and tasty. The whipped cinnamon butter made it even better! Couldn’t have been happier we stumbled upon this gem for great and...

The Apple Valley Creamery is an absolute treat! I ordered the cookies and cream ice cream, and it was fantastic: rich, creamy, and packed with chocolate cookie pieces in every bite. You can really taste the freshness and quality, and it has that true homemade flavor that sets it apart from regular ice cream shops. The texture was perfect, the sweetness was just right, and it was the kind of dessert you don’t want to put down. Enjoying it inside the cozy creamery made the experience even better. If you’re in Sevierville and craving something sweet, this place is a must-stop. Delicious ice cream and great atmosphere, couldn’t ask for more!

Delicious homemade ice cream in the heart of the Smoky Mountains! If you are traveling through Sevier county, you've got to stop at this place! Try a sample of homemade apple bread and enjoy some delicious homemade ice cream! They have a wide variety of flavors to choose from including 4 that have no sugar added if you are watching your sugar intake. The environment is super charming and the employees the epitome of southern hospitality!
