Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Sevierville

Attempted to redeem a coupon picked up from the brochure displays at our condo complex, was buy one get one when buying 2 drinks. It was to be applied twice as there was 4 in our party. With the buffet costing 8.99 each and the drinks costing 2.49 each. We should have been paying for 2 buffets and 4 drinks, with a total before taxes of 27.94, and after 12% sale tax 31.29. When they rung it up and applied the coupon they quoted a total over 41.00, that caused me to inquire if the coupon had been applied and point out that the total was wrong. At this point the manager came to the cash register and began being absolutely rude saying there is no way his computer could be wrong. When I attempted to have him do simple 2nd grade math, he told me he did not have to do that because the computer is never wrong, I persisted in trying to get him to do simple math and see the total was off by 10.00 without success. Eventually he asked me to simply pay the 41,00 or leave. The cashier attempted to help by saying the discount was 15.00 which is still not the 17.98 that the coupon should have taken off and that still would not explain the discrepancy. I was totally perplexed that inquiring about the cost of the meal would set what seemed to be the manager into such a rude and idiotic rage. Either he was offended by our churched based t-shirt that has the name JESUS CHRIST on it or he is a dumb as they come and cannot do simple math. Either way we departed with him shouting at us as we left without eating or paying. Good luck growing a business with managers...

Rude manager, Food nothing great We stopped in here at 4:30, mid week. We had never been here and wanted to see what it was. My friend wanted wings and pizza and wings seemed easy enough. We were going to look at the buffet and decide on take out or eat there, but the gentleman cleaning indicated we needed to wait at the register. He was nice and friendly. So we waited at the register. When the manager came, I felt like we should have apologized for bothering him. My friend started to say 'we were thinking about the buffet....(he was going to then ask if there were wings on it)', the manager interrupted him and snapped 'Well, that's good, cuz that's all we have!' He asked what size drink and rang us up. So, we went with the buffet. The food wasn't bad, nothing to rave about. The staff was working hard to keep everything fresh. The guys cleaning were working hard. We saw the manager again, taking out trash, when one if the workers offered to help, he was rude to him. So, apparently, it's just his personality. Again, the guys cleaning were nice. They checked and made sure everything was OK. On our way out, the manager never even glanced up from his phone to acknowledge us. Went in for lunch this afternoon at Cici's pizza. The price is reasonable for an all you can eat pizza buffet. The girl at the register was very nice. This was probably the dirtiest restaurant I've ever eaten in. All the tables were absolutely filthy. I had to get the cleaning spray and a towel and wash our booth down. Most of the tables were filthy and covered in previous guests food. The windows and entrance door you didn't even want to touch. Trash and food was all over the floors. The dish bins at the trash cans were overflowing. After we cleaned everything we went up to get our food. The pizza was actually pretty good. The supreme was good, the sausage was good and the bbq chicken was very good. The kids loved the cheese pizza a lot. The danish apple dessert pizza is seriously good as well as the chocolate Oreo cookie pizza. As always the cinnamon pizza crust rolls are fantastic. We enjoyed the food but were completely grossed out by the condition of the restaurant. A real turn off when your eating. We went into the gaming area after we ate and it was filthy as well. Really had reservations about letting the kids play in there. When we left we alcohol wiped down the kids. The food is good but you need to decide if you can handle the filth.
