Atmosphere: âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸ (5/5)
This place nails the patriotic, veteran-inspired vibeâand I absolutely love it. As a veteran myself, I appreciate what this brand stands for and the respect they show to those whoâve served. From the military helicopter mural and tribute patches to the ammo-can condiment station and even a table made with bullet casings, itâs clear this spot takes pride in every detail.
The layout is clean and spacious with plenty of seating, both inside and outside. Thereâs also a drive-thru, which is super convenient. The red, white, and blue outdoor chairs are a nice patriotic touch. Whether you want to hang out or grab a quick coffee on the go, this spot works for both.

Service: âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸ (4/5)
The employees were friendly and efficient. Even with a steady stream of customers, they kept everything moving smoothly and maintained great attitudes.

Food & Drink: âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸ (4/5)
I ordered the Betsy Ross, a wild blackberry iced coffee. It wasnât bad at allârefreshing and differentâbut Iâll probably try something else next time. One thing I really liked was the patriotic drink names, like âOld Glory,â âEspresso Yourself,â and âThe Liberty Bell.â They add some fun character to the menu.
This location also offers breakfast food, which makes it a great morning stopâespecially if youâre staying on the far end of Pigeon Forge heading into Sevierville. Itâs a convenient spot to fuel up before hitting the road or the mountains.

Final Thoughts
Black Rifle Coffee Company in Sevierville is more than just a coffee shopâitâs an experience with a mission. Between the strong branding, solid drinks, veteran-owned pride, and unique decor, this is a place Iâll gladly support. Iâd definitely recommend stopping here if...
Read moreI was looking forward to trying this during our recent vacation to Pigeon Forge and was excited to see that it was basically across the street from our hotel. I was disappointed to find that they did not have over half of their food items. I'm assuming due to a supply chain issue but that's not the reason for only 3 stars. They did not have the items they were out of listed anywhere so I had to quickly change my order after being informed of this at the register. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and the cream cheese was missed on our order so my husband had to go up and ask. He was then informed that they had no plastic ware. So I then had to try to spread cream cheese with a plastic straw! I do understand supply chain issues. I order supplies at my work. I do not however understand why someone could not/did not go to another store to purchase readily available plastic ware for customers to use. The coffee was good and the staff was friendly, but they could have done better to avoid customer...
Read moreNot a good experience today. My first visit to BRCC and I probably wonât return. When I walked in there was about seven people in line so seeing that you could scan a QR code and get the app and skip the line I did so. I believe this was my first mistake. Put in a mobile order it was supposed to be ready in 10 min. I chose a seat and waited. At 9 min I went to the counter and let them know my mobile order number. She responded with, âgreat we will get them at STARTED for you.â What? How was that âskipping the lineâ?? 10 min later than called my name with my order; only it wasnât what I ordered. I pointed out the mistake and they graciously remade my drink. I finally sit down and take my bacon/egg/cheese croissant out of the paper. As you can see in the picture âbaconâ is more of a thought than an actual taste. Iâm also pretty sure that they still didnât make my drink correct because it is so sweet I literally canât drink it. If I return, Iâll stick to black coffee...
