Kaufmann's Clock — Attraction in Pittsburgh

I love this building! It’s beautiful and has several amenity spaces and nice get togethers for residents. Only downside is smokers or perhaps the younger residents that maybe have not learned to live amongst and respect neighbors in what should be a home not a dorm. Unfortunate that the lease cannot be truly enforced and there is a revolving door of management and maintenance people who seem really to have their own best interests only as a priority.
